Step 1

• Register online at www.sharda.ac.in or manually at Admission Cell, Sharda University, or Sharda Counselling Centres.
• Register your inquiry and a system ID is generated.
• The ID generated will be your identity through the admission process.
• An auto-generated email will be sent to you on your registered email ID containing the ID and the further process.

Step 2

• Check courses, eligibility criteria, course fees, etc. by Counsellor/ Faculty and get your documents verified.
• If eligible, fill out the application form and process the payment of the Application fee through any online mode.
• Choose one between Admission through SUAT and Admission through National/ State level test JEE/ CLAT/ LSAT/ CAT/ MAT / XAT/ NATA/ NEET.
• If admission is through SUAT then:
  • Test ID and Password are issued.

SUAT 2023 is an online entrance exam of 90 min that will have Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Language Comprehension questions. The total number of questions will be 100.

Step 3

• Pick one amongst - 1) SUAT @Sharda University, 2) SUAT @PAN India Centres, and 3) SUAT @Home Based Proctor Enabled Test
• If qualified, Appear for a Personal Interview round conducted at Sharda University (GD as well in case of admission to MBA).
• Provisional admission will be offered to the selected candidates.

Guidelines for Sharda University Admission

• Candidates seeking admission to any Undergraduate program must complete the 12th class from any recognized board in the country.
• For foreign nationals, the eligibility for applying to any of the undergraduate programs is the submission of a certificate that is equivalent to the 12th class examination and meets the equivalence criteria of the ‘Association of Indian University’.
• For admission to any postgraduate program, one must have a graduation degree from a recognized university in the country.
• For foreign nationals, the eligibility for applying to any of the postgraduate programs is the submission of a graduation degree awarded by a university in a particular country and meets the equivalence criteria of ‘The Association of Indian University’.
• Candidates in their final year of graduation in the year 2023 are also eligible for admission to postgraduate programs.
• The university will shortlist candidates based on their ability to perform in GD/ PI for final admission.
• For admission to any undergraduate program at Sharda University, candidates must complete 17 years of age on 31st December of the academic year in which they are seeking admission.

Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT 2024): Process Details

• Make sure you have your User ID and Password generated during the application process.
• After the payment of the application fee i.e. INR 1500 and INR 1000 for male and female candidates respectively, the university will send the confirmation information to exam centres.
• AT will then activate the online exam booking system (OEBS) for the applicant.
• Through OEBS, applicants can book their exam date, exam time, and exam center as per their convenience.
• After this, candidates will be able to generate their respective admit cards.
• Candidates must also carry two copies of their admit card to the examination center along with their relevant original photo ID proof and application fee deposit proof.

Sharda University B.Tech and B.Arch Admissions 2024

The university offers B. Tech and B. Arch programs at the undergraduate level. B. Tech program is offered under several specializations that candidates can choose from as per their preference.

• For admission to B. Tech, candidates must complete class 12 in the Science stream securing at least 60% marks in aggregate.
• For admission to B. Arch, candidates must complete class 12 in the Science stream securing at least 55% marks in aggregate.

Admission to B. Tech entirely depends on candidates’ performance in SUAT and JEE Main Exams while for admission to B. Arch, candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in NATA.
