Ranchi University, Jharkhand: Overview
Ranchi University is a public state university situated in Ranchi the capital of Jharkhand. Established in the year 1960, the university has jurisdiction over 5 districts of Jharkhand, i.e., Ranchi, Simdega, Khunti, Gumla, and Lohardaga imparting quality education for the last 63 years in the state. NAAC ‘B++’ accredited university is affiliated with 49 colleges and 15 constituent colleges. Ranchi University courses are offered through postgraduate departments. The institute offers numerous graduate, postgraduate, and research programs along with self-financing/vocational courses.
UGC-approved, Ranchi University admissions to various courses are based on the qualifying marks in the entrance exam. The university accepts national-level exams including JEE Mains, CAT, GATE, and NEET among others.
Additionally, the university also provides coaching classes for the students belonging to the backward class to prepare for NET/SET examinations. The university has recently started offering doctoral programs to students.

Ranchi University Result
At Ranchi University, exams are held twice a year, following a semester system. Students can easily access their exam results through the official website. For B.A/B.Sc/B.Com courses, the examination fee is INR 300, while for MBBS, it amounts to INR 2000. Keep in mind, that there’s a late fee of INR 400 for submitting the exam form after the deadline.

Faculty: They were good and also they were regular to take lectures of the students.
Placement: There were no jobs/placement was present for the students
College: This is a government university of the state and I have taken admission in this university on the 12th Board percentage and the annual fee of the course was between 10 to 11 thousand per year and that was less because it is a government Institution and the campus of the college is also very big with n number of departments and sports grounds and many other things and in the year 2016 I have completed the degree of mine.
