Mangalore University Admission
To apply for admission to Mangalore University, candidates have two options: online or offline registration. For online registration, visit the MU Karnataka official website: www.mangaloreuniversity.ac.in and fill out the application form. If you prefer the offline method, you can download the form from the university’s website.
For some courses, students need to take an Entrance Test conducted by the respective departments. Admission is based on the test scores. Furthermore, Mangalore University also offers a Ph.D. program in subjects like Kannada, English, History, Economics, and others. To apply, candidates need a Master’s Degree in a relevant field with the required marks.
Selection is based on the Centralized Entrance Test (CET) and a personal interview. If candidates do well in CET, they’ll be invited for an interview. Candidates must qualify both rounds for Mangalore University Ph.D. course admission.
Students who have qualifications like the U.G.C/ CSIR (JRF) Exam, NET, SLET, GATE, Teacher Fellowship, or an M.Phil. degree and have taken the Entrance Test or are working on sponsored Major Research Projects, might not need to take CET.
