Karpagam University offers various programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. It also offers programs at the Doctorate level. These programs come under various specializations. The admission procedure to each program varies from one another. The courses are primarily offered under the field of Management, Computer Applications, Commerce, Science, Humanities, Engineering, Architecture, Astrology, and social work.

Minimum Educational Qualification

For Undergraduate level

The university offers BBA, BBM, B. Com, BCA, BA, B. Sc, BE, B. Tech, and B. Arch programs at the postgraduate level. These programs are offered under various specializations.

• For admission to BBA, BBM, B. Com, BCA, BA, and B. Sc, the candidates must have passed senior secondary school with Mathematics as one of the main subjects.
• For admission to B. E. and B. Tech, the candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology securing at least 60% marks in aggregate.
• For admission to B. Arch, the candidates must qualify Higher Secondary examination securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.

For postgraduate programs

Karpagam University offers M. Sc, MBA, MCA, M. Com, MA, M. E., M. Tech, M. Arch, and MSW at the postgraduate level.

• Candidates seeking admission to M. Sc must hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
• For admission to MBA, the candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university.
• Candidates seeking admission to MCA, the candidates are required to possess a bachelor’s degree in any field with Mathematics as the main subject in class 12^th or graduation.
• For admission to M. Com, the candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• For admission to MA, the candidates must hold a BA degree in the relevant discipline.
• The basic requirement for admission to M. E. and M. Tech is to hold a B. E. or B. Tech degree in the relevant field.
• Candidates seeking admission to M. Arch, the candidates must hold a B. Arch degree.
• For admission to MSW, it is required to hold a BSW degree.

• Candidates seeking admission to B. Arch are shortlisted based on merit in the entrance examination conducted by the university. Besides, the marks obtained by the candidates in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) are also considered while taking admission.

• Admission to M. Sc is based on the merit in the qualifying examination.
