The ICT Mumbai Placements for 2024 saw a strong performance, with the highest package offered at Rs. 9 LPA and the average package standing at Rs.6 LPA. Among the UG candidates, 264 were eligible for placements, and 127 secured offers. For the PG program, 192 out of 310 eligible candidates were placed, while the PG Integrated program saw 31 out of 116 candidates placed, with a Median Package of Rs.7.5 LPA.

According to the NIRF Reports 2025 submitted by ICT Mumbai, the Median Package for B.Tech and M.Tech students in the 2024 placements was Rs.9 LPA and Rs.7 LPA, respectively. For comparison, the Median Package during ICT Mumbai placements in 2023 stood at Rs.8 LPA for B.Tech and Rs.7 LPA for M.Tech.

Several top-tier recruiting companies such as Asian Paints, Godrej, IPCA, Mapro, Amul, Reliance, Sula, Lupin, HP, FMI, Parle, Dr. Reddy, Century, and others participated in the placement drive, offering diverse opportunities to graduates across various fields.

ICT Mumbai Median Package Trends: Course-Wise

The ICT Mumbai Placements 2024 show a clear upward trend in median packages across multiple courses, as per the NIRF Reports 2024. Notably, the B.Tech program showed significant growth, with the Median Package rising from Rs. 6.55 LPA in 2021 to Rs.9 LPA in 2024. The M.Tech program also saw considerable improvement, with its Median Package increasing from Rs.5.25 LPA in 2021 to Rs.8 LPA in 2024.

In contrast, the B.Pharm program saw a slight decline, with the Median Package falling from Rs.7 LPA in 2022 to Rs.6 LPA in 2024. Other programs, including M.Pharm and PG 2-year (MSc, PG Diploma), also saw gradual improvements in their placement packages over the years.

The ICT Mumbai Pharmacy programs, however, experienced more variability, with B.Pharma Median Packages ranging from Rs. 4.75 LPA to Rs. 7.6 LPA over the past three years.

PG programs, with a substantial number of placements (e.g., 192 students placed in 2024), have lower Median Salaries, around Rs. 7 LPA. ICT Mumbai Year-wise Placement Trend: Overall

The ICT Mumbai Year-wise Placements Report 2024 for UG, PG, and PG Integrated programs is given below. A total of 264 eligible UG candidates took part in the placement drive, with 127 students securing placements and a median package of Rs. 9 LPA. In comparison, 238 eligible UG candidates were placed in 2023, with a median package of Rs. 8 LPA.

For the PG program, there were 310 eligible candidates in 2024, with 192 students placed and a median package of Rs. 7 LPA, consistent with the 2023 median package of Rs. 7 LPA. However, the 2022 ICT Mumbai PG placements had a lower median package of Rs. 5.5 LPA.

Additionally, in the ICT Mumbai PG Integrated program, 116 candidates were eligible in 2024, with 31 students securing placements and a median package of Rs. 7.5 LPA, showing a positive increase from Rs. 6.2 LPA in 2023.

ICT Mumbai Placements Year-Wise Trend: Engineering

In the ICT Mumbai B.Tech Placements 2024, there were 233 eligible UG students and 227 eligible PG students. For UG Engineering placements, 121 students were placed with a median package of Rs. 9 LPA, reflecting an increase compared to 2023 and 2022, where the median package stood at Rs. 8 LPA in both years.

For the ICT Mumbai M.Tech placements, 169 students were placed in 2024, with a median package of Rs. 7 LPA, which remained consistent with 2023 but saw a significant rise from Rs. 5.21 LPA in 2022. Additionally, both UG and PG students have also pursued higher studies, with 60 UG students and 12 PG students opting for further education in 2024.

In ICT Mumbai Pharmacy Placements 2024, a total of 51 candidates are eligible for placement, with 30 candidates from the B.Pharm program.
