Latest Updates:
- The IBS Hyderabad Admission 2025 to the MBA/MCA is based on TS ICE 2024, which is out; students can log in to the website and check their scorecards. Admission to the PhD ( Economics), MBA (weekend program), and executive MBA 2024-26 Applications are open.
- IBSAT 2024 registrations are live now, used to accept admissions for MBA/PGPM. The last date to apply is 3rd week of December 2024.
- The IBSAT 2024 exam will be held on December 28 and December 29, 2024.
IBS Hyderabad Fees 2025
- The IBS Hyderabad Fees for the MBA Program 2025-27 have been released and it is 17,01,000/- for the course duration of 2 years.
- And for the IBS Hyderabad Fees for PhD program for the year 2025-29 is 1,20,000/-.
- One point that needs to be added here is that students must pay Rs. 4000 as a convocation fee with the fifth installment of the fee.
- IBS Hyderabad offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in subjects like Business & Management Studies, Humanities & Social Sciences, and Accounting & Commerce. The UG courses include BA, BCom, and BBA courses and the PG offers MA, MBA/PGPM—the tuition fee for all the courses offered is in the range of INR 300,000 and INR 1,602,000. IBS Hyderabad MBA/ PGPM Fees Structure 2025
IBS Hyderabad Fees for MBA and PGPM courses are mentioned below for all the campuses across India. The Admission fees for the course remain the same across all the campuses. However, the Tuition Fees vary accordingly. It starts from Rs. 6.22 Lakhs at IBS Dehradun to Rs. 16, 21 Lakhs at IBS Hyderabad.

IBS Hyderabad P.hD Fees Structure 2025
IBS Hyderabad Fees for the PhD course is Rs. 60,000 per semester. It also adds an admission fee of Rs. 40,000 which sums to Rs. 1,00,000 for the First Semester at the time of admission. The IBS Hyderabad also offers part-time PhD programs with fees of Rs. 60,000 per semester for 8 semesters and admission fees of Rs. 40,000. Selected candidates must pay an Admission Fee by October 22, 2024. The first installment of the Program Fee is due on January 1, 2025. Ph.D program graduates can pursue careers in any organization and may apply to IBS Hyderabad based on available vacancies.
Stipend for Full-time PhD Courses
- Pre-Ph.D MBA students receive a Rs. 20,000 monthly fellowship and free on-campus accommodation in the first year.
- Full-time Ph.D. students get a Rs. 25,000 monthly fellowship and free on-campus accommodation in the first year.
- Post-Ph.D. qualifying exam, students receive a Rs. 35,000 monthly fellowship until defending their thesis proposal.
- A Rs. 40,000 monthly stipend is paid after successfully defending the thesis proposal, for up to 4 years or program completion, whichever is earlier. Students may need to provide up to 10 hours per week of teaching, research, or administrative support.
- A Rs. 20,000 Annual Professional Development Grant is provided for 4 years to attend conferences, workshops, and seminars.

IBS Hyderabad Fee Breakup
- Caution Money of Rs.10,000 and the 1st semester fee must be paid. The caution money will be refunded once the students complete the program.
- Accommodation and Transportation: The hostel facility is available for a limited number of people only on a sharing basis. The day scholars are provided with a bus facility from the city to the IFHE Campus on a payment basis.
- Merit Scholarships: IFHE offers scholarships to the meritorious students of the BBA program. It is based on the class 12th semester-wise performance.
