Hindustan University Admission 2024 is open. The last date to apply is April 29, 2024, for B. Tech, B. Arch, and B. Des courses through HITSEEE 2024. The university is also accepting applications for HITSCAT 2024. The last date to apply is May 13, 2024. Admissions at HITS are both merit and entrance-based. Entrance exams required for admission vary from course to course which is mentioned in the eligibility above. Applicants must apply online for admission registration.

Applicants can apply for admission by following the below-mentioned steps:
- Application forms for Hindustan University are available on the official website of the college.
- The candidate needs to download the application form and submit it to the college with the demand draft of INR 1200 drawn in favor of the Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science and payable at Chennai.
Admission to these courses depends on candidates’ performance in the last qualifying examination. Hindustan University’s Admission procedure can be completed online by visiting its official website. The admission procedure to each program varies from one another.
- Candidates seeking admission to B. Des must clear the design aptitude test followed by a personal interview round conducted by the university.
- Admission to B. Arch is done based on candidates’ performance in NATA.
- Admission to the rest of the undergraduate programs is entirely based on the merit list released by the university.
In the previous year, the highest package was INR 12.75 LPA, offered by Eurofins to students of the B Tech CSE branch. The university placed a total of 1,303 students in 2022, with a placement rate of 79.31%. The NIRF report for 2023, available on the university’s official website, indicates that the median package for BTech and BArch students in 2022 was INR 4.5 LPA and INR 4.4 LPA, respectively.

Placement: I am yet to explore the placements and internships opportunities myself as I am only in the 1st year right now. Although I have heard that the eligible students are placed into various reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well maintained. Labs are equipped with latest technology. The overall infrastructure of the campus is good.
Faculty: The faculty at the college is very good and highly qualified.
Admission: I did not have to appear for any entrance exam for taking admission into the college. I had scored 95% marks in 12th and hence got a direct admission into the university.
