GLS University Placement Process

GLS University has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that focuses on providing students with the best placements. They organize the whole GLS University Placements process and train the students on how to appear for the interviews, screening tests, and more. The main idea behind the training program is to develop the student's personality traits and communication skills to perform better in the recruitment process. The GLS University Placement cell also conducts mock recruitment sessions and practice tests on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, and Logical Reasoning. The whole placement procedure of GLS University is mentioned below:

• Invitation: The Placement cell sends invites to recruiting companies to visit their campus for Placements. This is done to fix dates, learn about the salary package offered, and check the eligibility criteria offered by the recruiting firms.
• Registration: Students are required to register themselves with the Placement cell in order to be eligible for GLS Placements. They must submit the required documents and fulfill their eligibility.
• Slot Allocation: Recruiters will visit the campus for the screening tests. Here recruiters are given slots as there are a lot of recruiting firms visiting the campus.
• Pre-Placement talk: Students are seated for the pre-placement talk by the recruiting firms where they are told about the company policies, job roles, and more.
• Written Test: Eligible students also need to appear and pass the written test in order to confirm their placement. This includes aptitude, quantitative reasoning, and logical ability.
• Group Discussion: The written test is followed by a group discussion, where the recruiters evaluate a student's communication skills and speaking abilities.
• Interview: The final step of the placement process includes the interview. Those who successfully complete the written test and GD are called for an interview with the recruiting firm.
• Final Selection: Students who qualify all the rounds are given an offer letter by the organization, which mentions their salary packages, date of joining, and more.
