B.E.(Computer Science) Overview
BITS Pilani offers Engineering programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It offers B.E. programs in multiple specializations that include Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical, Biotechnology, etc. BITS Pilani BE Admission is based on an entrance exam conducted by BITS Pilani i.e. BITSAT.
BITS Pilani offers a B.E. program in Computer Science which is a four-year program. Prospective candidates can apply for this specialization after fulfilling the required eligibility that include:
- Candidate must have passed 10+2 with at least 75% marks in aggregate with the mandatory subjects Physics and Mathematics from a recognized central or state board or an equivalent qualification.
To get admitted into the BITS Pilani Btech Computer Science program, candidates have to qualify for BITSAT 2025 which has a different procedure. You can refer to the following steps to apply for BITSAT:
- You have to visit the official website of BITS Pilani - www.bitsadmission.com to submit the applications
- BITSAT 2025 will be conducted twice a year through two different sessions
1)Session-1: 26th May 2025 to 30th May 2025
2)Session-2: 22nd June 2025 to 26th June 2025
- The last date to Apply for BITSAT for Session 1 is 18th April 2025 by 5 PM.

BITS Pilani fees for various courses should be paid by students at the time of counseling to confirm their admission:
- The payment of fees should be made either in cash or a Demand Draft issued in favor of BITS Pilani.
- Candidates need to issue a draft in favor of the university to pay the course fee.
- The college also accepts Internet banking or payment through debit and credit cards.
- Candidates can directly transfer money from their bank account to the university's bank account through NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS without physically visiting the BITS Pilani campus.
- Delay in fee payment can cause a fine as per BITS Pilani rules and regulations.
