The 25-acre campus Ashoka University is located in Rajiv Gandhi education city, Sonipat, Haryana. The university was established in 2014 and is recognized by University Grants Commission, Government of India, and Government of Haryana. It focuses on providing excellence in education for the students who are capable of thinking of well-known issues and problems and are ready to deal with them with intelligence.
Ashoka University welcomes students from more than 15 countries and represents 98 cities and towns from across the globe increasing its parameters every year.

Admission Eligibility-
For undergraduate admission, the student is required to complete their 10+2 from a reputed and recognized school with a recognized board of education. The student needs to clear rounds of on spot essay, aptitude test and an interview with the panel.
Whereas for post-graduation courses, students need to have a graduate degree from a recognized university or college. Further, the student needs to clear evaluation, telephonic interview, writing test followed by a personal interview. Age limit should not be more than 28 years for the same.
Courses-
The university offers 24 courses for students of graduation and post-graduation, in which 11 courses are for BA programme, 6 for Bse, and 1 for MA. Including subjects like liberal science, economics and finance, computer science, history, economics, and many more.
To develop committed change and growth of the young generation of the country, Ashoka University has a ‘young India fellowship’ program which was launched in 2011. In the form of 8-month part-time experimental learning program, the student gets to learn about various modules of improved writing, research, and experimental learning.
Facilities-
The university provides a huge number of facilities for the ease of students some of them are library, cafeteria, gym, hostel, sports complex, a/c classes, dance room, music room, auditorium, Wi-Fi, shuttle service, medical facilities, pottery studio, common room, labs, convenience stores, radio center, etc. which helps students to get an extra exposure to non-academic activities.
The university comprises of various centers, like Ashoka center for wellbeing, Trivedi center for political data, a center for social impact, Genpact center for women leaders, a center for social and behavior change, and studies for gender and sexuality.

Ashoka University gives a lot of exposure to non-academic activities and regular events which keep the mind of students engaged and focused. 4 different annual events take place every year.
