The Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2025 registration will commence today, March 12, according to the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Interested applicants can register for AP ECET 2025 on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, the official website.
The AP ECET 2025 test will be conducted on May 6 at many locations around the state. Under the lateral entry program for bachelor's degree graduates and diploma holders in engineering technology/pharmacy, the test is given to applicants for admission to second-year BE, BTech, and BPharmacy programs in Andhra Pradesh universities.
The AP ECET 2025 application cost varies according to the student's category. The application cost for Open Category (OC) students is Rs 600. While SC/ST students pay a reduced Rs 500, BC (Backward Class) students have to pay a total of Rs 550 for their application. Throughout the test application procedure, the costs must be paid.

Before completing the AP ECET application form, candidates are advised to have scanned copies of their signature and photo on hand. To prevent rejection, candidates must properly fill out the AP ECET form.

The AP ECET test in 2025 will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions. While incorrect responses will not result in a negative grade, candidates will receive one mark for a right response.

Candidates are considered eligible for AP ECET 2025 if they receive at least 25% of the possible points. A candidate must receive at least 50 out of 200 points in order to receive a rank.
