NEET SS 2025: The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued a revised notification regarding the upcoming NEET SS exam. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on March 29 and March 30, 2025. However, it must be noted that these dates are temporary and are subject to change. As per the notification released, the scheme of examination for NEET SS 2025 shall continue to be the same as published in the NEET SS 2024 information bulletin.
However, a few changes have been introduced in the exam pattern for the upcoming NEET SS examination. As per the notification, there will be a separate Question Paper Group (Medical Oncology Group) for admissions to DM/DrNB Medical Oncology and DM/DrNB Critical Care Medicine.
Changes Introduced in the NEET SS Exam Pattern 2025
The following changes have been introduced in the NEET SS 2025 exam pattern.
- For admissions to DM/DrNB Medical Oncology, there shall be a separate Question Paper Group (Medical Oncology Group). The questions in this group's paper shall be exclusively on Medical Oncology topics.
- For admissions to DM/DrNB Critical Care Medicine, there shall be a separate Question Paper Group (Critical Care Medicine Group). The questions in this group's paper shall be exclusively from the topic of Critical Care Medicine.
- The rest of the scheme of the examination shall continue to be the same for all groups
NEET SS 2025 Exam Details
The official schedule for the NEET SS examination has not yet been announced. Candidates will be able to check the complete exam schedule on the official website of the exam. The applicants are advised to refer to the NBEMS website https://natboard.edu.intime to time for the final schedule of examination, eligibility criteria, fee structure, further changes in the scheme of examination.
