The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will begin registration for the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024 on May 27. Eligible candidates can complete the Karnataka PGCET 2024 application form on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The deadline for applications is June 17, with fee payment open until 6 pm on June 18.
Applicants from general and OBC categories must pay an examination fee of INR 650, while SC and ST category 1 candidates need to pay INR 500.
KEA will conduct the Karnataka PGCET 2024 on July 13 and 14 for admission to MBA, MTech, and MArch programs. The eligibility criteria for each program are as follows:
For MBA:
Candidates need to have a recognized bachelorâs degree or an equivalent qualification with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC, ST, and Category-I candidates from Karnataka).
For MCA:
Candidates should have a recognized BCA degree or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
Alternatively, candidates who have completed BSc/BCom/BA with Mathematics at the Class 12 or graduation level (with additional bridge courses as required by the concerned University) and have secured 50% marks are also eligible.
For MTech, MArch, and ME:
Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC, ST, and Category-I candidates).
