The second stray vacancy round schedule for the National Eligibility Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2024 seat distribution has been released by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Therefore, between 13 to 15 March, applicants must submit the caution fee on the official website.
According to the eligibility criteria, below mentioned are the applicants who are qualified to take part in the second stray vacancy round of Karnataka NEET PG counselling in 2024:
- Applicants who did not receive the seat allocated to them in the first or second round of state counselling of KEA or MCC;
- Applicants may apply if they were not selected for a seat through KEA or MCC in round three or in the stray vacancy round (cancelled or not holding the pre/para clinical seat).
- Those who were not assigned seats in the MCC's special stray vacancy round.
- Applicants who recently enrolled, checked, and dropped off their original paperwork at KEA.
To take part in the counselling, applicants must pay a Rs 5 lakh caution fee. The caution money will be applied to the fee if a candidate is selected for the PG medical seat. If an applicant does not pay the price, shows up at the designated college, accepts admission, or chooses to cancel their seat, the money will be lost. In addition to having to pay the fine as stipulated by the regulations, such a student will not be permitted to take part in counselling, including AIQ, in the upcoming year.
