The courses offer educational programs created in collaboration with IIT professors and Coding Ninjas, which includes interactive campus immersion, subject matter expert-led seminars, and practical project work. This is in response to the growing demand for skilled individuals in India's technology sector. Access to industry networks, placement assistance, and one-on-one assistance with doubt resolution will also be provided to the participants.
The first course in the series is the Full-Stack Web programming Professional Certification, aims to provide students with both front-end and back-end programming skills. According to the official statement, the 30% yearly increase in hiring for full-stack developers is due to the quick growth of India's technology sector and the growing demand for qualified workers. This growth has been aided by the rise of e-commerce and fintech.
IIT Madras faculty and industry-relevant edtech platform Coding Ninjas collaborate to create industry-relevant coursework for the certification courses, which familiarize participants with the academic environment of IITM Pravartak. The courses incorporate actual case studies, guest lectures, expert seminars, and projects to make the participants industrially ready.
Additionally, learners will have access to resources for job placement, such as an exclusive job board, practice interviews, and assistance with resume writing. Those who successfully complete the course will receive a Professional Certificate from IITM Pravartak at the onboarding and graduation ceremony.
