GATE 2025 Application Correction window facility is now open for provisional candidates up to March 12, 2025. Provisional candidates are requested to log in through the GOAPS portal and rectify all their defects to prevent the result from being withheld.
The GATE 2025 form correction center was open to other applicants from February 27 to March 1, 2025. The GATE 2025 exam was held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025 by IIT Roorkee.
Steps to Modify the GATE 2025 Application Form
Step 1: Go to gate2025.iitr.ac.in, GATE's official website.
Step 2: Select the GOAPS portal and enter your enrolment ID and password to log in.
Step 3: Complete the application and submit it after making the required adjustments.
IIT Roorkee will declare the GATE 2025 results and branch-wise cutoff on March 19, 2025. Using their GATE enrolment ID and password, candidates who took the test can view their results. For MTech/PhD programs, qualified applicants can get admitted to IITs, NITs, IISc, and GFTIs. Candidates who meet GATE requirements may also apply to PSUs like ONGC, NPCL, Powergrid, etc.
Results for GATE 2025 and Answer Key
The provisional answer key and answer sheet were released on February 27. Candidates can challenge the answer key until March 1. Experts will review objections and make corrections before releasing the final answer key. The GATE 2025 results, which are expected to be released on March 19, 2025, will be prepared based on the final answer key. The GATE 2025 scorecard will also be downloadable from March 28 to May 31. The candidates can download their scorecards by entering their password and enrolment ID. On February 1, 2, 15, and 16, the test consisting of 30 test papers—was conducted in two shifts at various testing centers. Apart from applying for Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) recruitment, the GATE test also allows access to IITs postgraduate programs, National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Candidates are advised to rectify mistakes in their application forms before the deadline to ensure a smooth declaration of results.
