Registration for the Centralized Counseling for MTech (CCMT) 2024 special round will come to an end today, July 16, at the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat. Published on the CCMT website is the preliminary list of open seats. Candidates can register at ccmt.admissions.nic.in, the official website, for the CCMT 2024 special round. It is also today, July 16, that the CCMT 2024 special round charge is due. You have until July 18 to settle any difficulties with registration or fee payment. Nominations must be completed online and locked by July 18, 2024, at 5:30 p.m.
CCMT 2024 Special Round 1 Seat Allotment
On July 20, the CCMT 2024 special round 1 seat allotment will be revealed. Candidates' saved preferences will be automatically locked by the system if they don't lock their selections by the deadline. Candidates must provide the necessary files and indicate their readiness by July 24 after the allocation.
CCMT 2024 Special Round 2 Seat Allotment
The seat distribution for the CCMT 2024 special round 2 will be revealed on July 27. By July 29th, candidates must express their readiness and upload their supporting documentation. The admitted institute will allow users to withdraw online between July 27 and July 30.
Documents Required for CCMT Special Round 2024 Counselling
When reporting to the college, candidates must have the following documentation with them.
- A copy of the registration and choice filling form for CCMT 2024.
- Print the seat allocation letter that was temporarily downloaded.
- GATE scorecard copy with self-attestation Proof of the candidate's ID photo Payment of the seat acceptance fee received.
- Certificate of Class 10 Mark sheet for class 12.
- All semesters' qualifying exam mark sheets.
- Three colored passport-sized pictures of the candidate.
- Degree of qualification/provisional certificate/category certificate (if relevant).
