The Central Board of Secondary Education has issued a notice regarding the rule breaks in CBSE 2025 exams. The CBSE has advised students to not practice any unfair conduct in the examination. CBSE exams 2025 are going to be conducted from 15th February, 2025 and students are expected to follow all the rules issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Focus on Conducting Fair CBSE Exams 2025

The Central Board of Secondary Education advised school authorities to inform all the rules and regulations to its students. CBSE also stated that the conduct of fair CBSE examinations 2025 will ensure students academic success in the upcoming years. Schools are expected to enlighten students regarding the “Exam Ethics, Rules, and the Unfair Means Rules” before the CBSE exams take place. 

Exam Instructions for Schools and Students 

  • School authorities are required to teach students about exam rules and unfair practices that must not be followed by any student.
  • All the exam officials must be aware of their responsibilities and areas of decision making
  • Students must not start or believe in any rumours regarding the CBSE exams 2025
  • Parents are also advised to go through all the rules and regulations issued by the CBSE
  • Candidates must keep in mind to bring all the essential documents and stuff to the examination hall
  • Students are prohibited to bring electronic devices  such as phones, calculators, smart watches etc. to the examination hall.

Changes to Unfair Means Act (UFM)

There are few new rules introduced under the Unfair Means Act (UFM) in 2025. Kindly go through all the changes to Unfair Means Act (UFM) available below:

  • A student who starts any kind of rumours regarding the CBSE examination 2025, will be penalized and he/she will no longer be eligible to participate in the examination.
  • Anyone who carries prohibited items to the examination hall will also be penalized by the board and his/her participation in the examination will be cancelled.
