How to Download CAT 2024 Result?
IIM Calcutta will declare the CAT Result on the official website only. Candidates can check the results in the online mode only and no offline mode for checking the results is available. Candidates must keep their CAT User ID and Password ready to download the CAT Exam Result.

The release date of the CAT Exam result is never announced beforehand. The official brochure published on the official website says that the IIM CAT Result will be declared during the second week of January 2025. But, looking at the past trend we can say that the results usually get declared within 15-20 days of the commencement of the examination. Thus, the candidates can expect the result to be out by December 15, 2024.

This year, the CAT 2024 Exam was conducted on November 24, 2024. The exam was held in three sessions i.e. 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The exam was conducted across 170 cities in the country.
IIM Calcutta released the CAT Response Sheet 2024 on November 29 while the provisional answer key was out on December 3, 2024.
What After CAT Result 2024?
After the CAT 2024 Result is announced, the IIMs and other business will release their respective cutoffs and begin their admission rounds. The IIM Admission Process consists of Personal Interview and Group Discussion rounds. After the release of the CAT Percentile, the candidates who appeared in the CAT 2024 Exam can start applying to their preferred colleges. The MBA Colleges conduct the IIM Admission rounds from February to April. In the meantime, candidates can prepare for the admission rounds.
