CAT 2024 Registration Deadline Extended Till 20 September

CAT 2024 Registration - IIM Calcutta has extended the last date to fill CAT Application Form till September 20, 2024. The previous CAT 2024 Registration deadline was September 13. Students who are interested in taking the Common Admission Test (CAT) can now register themselves for the Management Entrance Examination since this is the last chance to register and fill out the application form. They can visit the official website - iimcat.ac.in to fill the cat exam form.
As per the official notice, the CAT Registration was supposed to end on September 13 but the deadline has now been extended in the hope of receiving more applications. Most of the students out there were not able to apply for CAT Exam due to several reasons. For such students, the examination conducting body has extended the deadline. The extension of CAT Registration Deadline took place in the year 2023 as well.
How to Fill CAT 2024 Application Form Before the Last Date?
Below mentioned are the steps to fill CAT Exam Form before the extended deadline:
- Visit the official website of CAT - iimcat.ac.in.
- Navigate to and click on ‘New Candidate Registration’ link.
- Enter the required details such as name, date of birth, email id, phone number and country.
- Validate your registration details with an OTP sent to your registered email id and mobile number.
- Re-login to your account using the same credentials received.
- Fill in the 'CAT Application Form' with all the correct personal, academic, and work experience details.
- Upload the required documents such as - scanned passport sized photograph, signature, and certificates.
- Select the preferred IIM, program, interview city, and test city.
- Pay the cat application fee to complete the registration.
- Submit your duly filled form.
- Download and take a printout of it for future reference.
Note* Candidates must make sure that the details filled in by them are correct as any incorrect detail may lead to cancellation of their candidature.
The aspirants must register for CAT 2024 with an active email id and mobile number since all the communication process will take place through these two contact points only by the examination conducting authority i.e. IIM Calcutta.
CAT Exam is conducted for admission to MBA programs offered by the Indian Institutes of Management, commonly known as IIMs across the country. Many renowned non - IIM colleges also accept CAT Score for their admission process.
