Few state boards namely Maharashtra Board, Jharkhand Board, and Nagaland Board are starting their exams from today (11th February 2025). Around 15 lakh students will take the Maharashtra HSC Class 12 Board Exam 2025 between 11th February and 18th March 2025. The board implied Section 144 across all exam centers (3373) in the state to avoid any misconduct or use of unethical means.
The 15 lakh students appearing for the exam includes 8,10,348 boys, 6,94,652 girls, and 37 transgenders. Photocopy shops within the radius of 500 meters will also be shut down on all exam days. The exam is set to be conducted in two shifts - morning shift (11am to 2pm) and afternoon shift (3pm to 6pm). They must carry their Maharashtra HSC Admit Card 2025 and school identity card with them to the exam hall on all exam days.
JAC 10th and 12th Exams 2025 start from today
The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) also started the Class 10 and Class 12 exams from 11th February 2025. The JAC Board Exams 2025 will conclude on 3rd March 2025. In total, 7,83,995 students will appear for JAC 10th and 12th Exams 2025 combined.
A total of 4,33,886 students will write the secondary exams while 3,50,109 students will write the JAC 12th exams for Science, Commerce, and Arts. Around 1296 exam centers have been allotted for JAC 10th exam conduction whereas 788 exam centers have been allotted for JAC 12th exams 2025 as reported by Times of India.
Nagaland Board Class 12 Exams 2025
Just like the above state boards Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) also begins the Class 12 board exams from 11th February 2025. The Nagaland Class 12 board exams 2025 will conclude on 7th March. The NBSE 12th Exams 2025 will be held in a single shift (9am to 12pm). The exam duration is 3 hours. Students are expected to reach the exam center by 8:30 am to avoid any issue before exam timings.
