The upcoming Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) has caused the University of Mumbai, Board of Examinations & Evaluations to postpone a number of examinations that were originally planned for March and April of 2025. The board has issued revised examination dates for candidates who were previously scheduled to take the examinations on the impacted exam days, which were initially planned between March 24 and April 3, 2025. Candidates should be aware, nevertheless, that the time and location of every exam have not changed.
The head of the university of various departments, directors, principles of the affiliated institute, and colleges in science are hereby informed that the said examination is rescheduled due to the State Common Entrance Test in Maharashtra State and will be held as per revised timetable, the MU notice states. “A reference is invited to Programme Exam code 1802816, 1800146, 1800136, 1800156, 1800196, 1800166, and 1800256 relating to the Science & Technology examination which was scheduled from March 26 and April 1.”

MHT-CET April 2025: Exams Scheduled
The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (CET) registration window opened from December 30, 2024, to February 15, 2025. About a week before the examination, admit cards are expected to be made available. The MHT CET 2025 exam dates for the various streams have been verified in accordance with the official timetable. The Pharmacy (PCB group) examinations are set for April 9–17, 2025, while the Engineering (PCM group) exams are set for April 19–27, 2025.
