JEE Advanced 2025: JoSAA counselling, Seat Allotment Comparison, Competition and Selection Ration Details Below

The JEE Main 2025 final results for 14,75,103 students have been released by NTA today April 19, 2025. The top 2.5 lakh applicants from this group will be able to take the JEE Advanced exam on May 18, 2025. On April 23, JEE Advanced registration will open on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

To sit for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam, students who passed the exam with a minimum score in the JEE Main 2025 must register. Admission to IIT and NIT will only be considered for registered candidates who also meet the 75% requirement in Class 12.

As a one-time step during the COVID-19 outbreak, the 75% criterion for JEE Main was removed. However, it was brought back in 2023 and is still in effect for the 2025–2026 academic year. In the Class 12 board examination, students should have either placed in the top 20 percentile or received an overall score of 75%.
