The new exam timings will be from 12:45 PM to 4:00 PM, a change from the earlier scheduled time of 1:45 PM to 4:00 PM.

The following are the revised times for the rescheduled exams, per a notice published by the board:
"According to this office notification on the date sheet 10th & 12th/2025 dated 12-03-2025 uploaded on the Board's website. It is notified for information of all concerned that 'Time:-01:45 PM to 04:00 PM' mentioned under columns 9th & 10+1 (Regular) may be read as 'Time:-12:45 PM to 04:00 PM'. The other text of notification will remain unchanged."
The revised timings are part of the rescheduled exams due to heavy rainfall and snowfall in the affected districts.

The HPBOSE has already cancelled the Class 12 English paper that was supposed to take place on March 8, 2025, due to a potential paper leak. The new exam date is March 29, 2025, from 1:45 to 4:00 p.m. The severe weather in the region caused the Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) to change the exam schedule. It is expected that the time changes and postponed examinations would reduce the interruptions caused by the weather for both students and instructors.
