Available seats under different B. Tech courses for CUSAT CAT 2025 are given below:
- B. Tech in Instrumentation Technology - 28 seats
- B. Tech in Naval Architecture & Ship Building - 42 seats including 15 to be reserved under Indian Navy quota
- B. Tech in Marine Engineering (Residential Programme) - 80 seats
- B. Tech in Polymer Science & Engineering - 20 seats
CUSAT CAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for CUSAT CAT 2025 B. Tech programmes, applicants need to fulfill the following standards:
- Should have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- SEBC students belonging to Kerala should have passed with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks and 50% in Mathematics.
- Other students should have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics.
- The age limit for candidates is a maximum of 25 years.

Applicants can register for CUSAT CAT 2025 by following the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the CUSAT CAT 2025 official website - cusat.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, select the 'Apply Here' option for CAT 2025.
Step 3: Fill in all the mandatory details as prompted by the portal to finalize the registration.
Step 4: Complete the submission by paying the application fee.
CUSAT CAT 2025 exam dates
CUSAT CAT 2025 is going to be conducted from May 10 to 12, 2025. The test will be held in computer-based test (CBT) mode for admissions to several professional and non-professional courses run at three campuses and schools affiliated with the institute for the academic year 2025-26.
