During the placement drive of 2023-24, numerous companies recruited MBA students across different specializations, such as Finance, International Business, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Analytics, and Banking & Financial Engineering.

This achievement highlights the exceptional quality of education, strong industry connections, and the dedicated efforts of both, the students and the university community. Recruitment by a diverse array of industries and prestigious organizations further validates the program’s reputation for producing highly skilled and sought-after business leaders.

The job offers secured during CU’s placement drive include coveted roles in both MNCs (Multinational Companies) and TNCs (Transnational Corporations), aligning with the career aspirations of students.

Chandigarh University Top Recruiters 2023-24

The placement drive hosted the highest number of job offers in the Finance sector, with leading FinTech companies providing remunerative opportunities for students. Noteworthy recruiters included Goldman Sachs Services Pvt Ltd., American Express Banking Corporation (AMEX), JP Morgan Chase & Co., NatWest Group (formerly RBS), Yubi (formerly CredAvenue Pvt Ltd.), Bank of America, Development Bank of Singapore Technology Ltd., Rapipay Fintech Pvt. Ltd., FIS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., and Standard Chartered GBS Pvt. Ltd., among others.

The majority number of offers was received by the MBA students from top companies such as Deloitte, Flipkart, Wipro, Federal Bank, and KPMG. Other major recruiters included Reliance, ICICI Bank, and KPIT Technologies.

For instance, Monika, an MBA student, bagged three job offers from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, BridgeGroup Solutions, and Meridian Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Similarly, Piyush Sharma received offers from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, BridgeGroup Solutions, and HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. An MBA Dual Specialization student, Abhishek Sharma, obtained job offers from Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd and Federal Bank Ltd.
