The WBJEE Admit Card has been released by WBJEEB on 17th April. The admit card is released on the official website and can be downloaded by entering the *required credentials. The WBJEE exam will be held on 27th April 2025

The WBJEE 2025 admit card can only be downloaded online and no hard copies will be dispatched to the candidates.

How to download the WBJEE admit card?

The WBJEE admit card can be downloaded online from the official website by following the below steps.

• Visit the official website of the exam – wbjeeb.nic.in
• On the homepage, locate the link for WBJEE admit card 2025
• Enter the registration number and password
• Enter Security PIN (if required)* or CAPTCHA code
• Click on submit
• The WBJEE admit card will be displayed on the screen
• Download and take a print out for future use.

The applicants are requested to preserve the hall ticket till the time the admission process is completed.

Things to Carry at the Exam Hall with the WBJEE admit card

Along with the WBJEE hall ticket, candidates must carry the following items to the exam centre.

• WBJEE application form 2025
• One of the following photo IDs
  • Aadhar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Ration Card
  • Student ID Card
  • Driver License

Prohibited Items at the Exam Centre

The following items must not be carried to the exam centre.

• Watches and Smartphones
• Notebook or any study material

Errors in the WBJEE hall ticket

WBJEE Hall Ticket - Exam Day Instructions

Applicants must follow some guidelines to ensure a smooth running of the exam process.

• Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the two downloaded copies of WBJEE 2025 Admit Card.
• The invigilator should sign both the downloaded copies of the admit cards during the examination. One copy must be submitted at the examination hall, and the candidate should retain the other. However, the submitted admit card may be examined at a later stage to validate authenticity.
• Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, pagers, laptops, etc. are not permitted in the examination center
• Students will be allowed to enter the exam hall 30 minutes before the exam.
• No student should tamper with the admit card or change any entry made therein after it has been authenticated.
• The hall ticket is not transferable to any other person. Any such act of impersonation will be legally punished.
• Candidates should carry black/blue point pen with them for rough work purposes.
