LIC AAO Selection: Probation and Service Bond Details
Candidates approved for appointment as LIC AAO will serve a minimum one-year probation period, extendable up to a maximum of two years depending on performance and organizational management. The place of posting will be at the discretion of the LIC and transferrable anywhere within India.
In addition, candidates shall have to sign an undertaking to serve LIC for a minimum of four years from the date of joining, including the probation period. In case the candidate defaults on the undertaking, he/she will be liable to pay a penalty of ₹5,00,000/- plus applicable GST or any other sum decided by the Executive Director (Personnel) at that time.
