The CLAT Exam, or the Common Law Admission, is an exam for admission into undergraduate and postgraduate law programs. The consortium of National Law University conducts it. Although this exam is conducted for NLU admissions, private institutes also accept it for their admission. However, there is one NLU that does not accept CLAT, this institute is NLU Delhi. NLU Delhi conducts its exam called AILET. CLAT was conducted on 1st December.

CLAT 2025 Admissions Process
The Counselling process is centralized, it is conducted by the same body that conducts the exam i.e. consortium of NLU. The consortium publishes 5 rounds of CLAT Counselling 2025 for centralized admissions into NLUs. But NLU also publishes other rounds in order to fill the vacant seats.
Other than that Consortium also plays a role in declaring the schedule of various rounds, timelines for different rounds of allotment lists, and fee payment details.
