The TSICET Application Form 2025 is going to release on 10th March 2025, and the complete TS ICET 2025 schedule is yet to be released. However, the TSICET exam date has been fixed for 8th and 9th June 2025. The application process for the TSICET exam is conducted on the official website of TSICET - icet.tsche.ac.in.

In order to fill out the TSICET application form the candidates must pay an application fees of INR 750 or INR 500 for the general and reserved categories respectively. Those who successfully fill out the application and complete the payment will then be eligible to receive the TS ICET hall ticket, which is a crucial document to be carried at the exam hall containing details like your name, address, registration number, exam centre details and more.

What Should I do if I forget my TSICET Login Details?

In case a situation arises where you forget your login credentials, you can click on the forgot password link and you will be redirected to a new page wherein you will need to enter your mobile number or the registered email ID. A reset link will be shared to you over the shared contact or your old password will be shared to you. However, to avoid such a situation it is always advised to take a note of your registration number/User ID and password so that you do not forget.

TS ICET Application Process

The TSICET application process is pretty simple and the candidates can visit the official website for the completion of the application process. The step-by-step guide and procedure is listed below to guide you through the application process.

Step 1: Registration

The first step to begin with the registration for the TSICET exam by visiting the official website of the exam. To register, follow the steps below.

  • Visit the official website of TSICET
  • Click on the ‘Apply Online' button
  • ‘Registration Fee Payment Procedure' page will appear on the screen
  • After completing the registration procedure, a transaction ID will be generated to log into the user account.

Step 2: Payment of TSICET 2025 Application Fees

Once you begin with the registration, you will move on to paying the TSICET application fees. Only those candidates who pay the exam fees of TSICET will be able to fill out the application form.

  • TSICET 2025 application form fee has to be paid in advance through online mode only.
  • Application Fees vary category-wise. The general category candidates must pay an application fee of INR 750. Those from SC/ST categories have to pay a sum of INR 550as the application fee.
  • Applications can be submitted after the due date too, by paying a late fees to submit the form
  • Applicants can pay the application fee either through Debit/Credit card/ Net banking or TS Online/AP Online/meeSeva (e-Seva).

Step 3: Fill in Personal & Academic Details

Once the application form fee is paid, applicants can start filling out the application form by entering their personal, contact, and education details. The step-by-step explanation to fill the form is outlined below.

  • Next, click on the 'Fill the Application Form' tab
  • Enter details like the candidate's reference ID, qualifying exam hall ticket number, contact number, and candidate's date of birth
  • Enter all the required personal and academic details in the TS ICET application form

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

Once the details have been filled, candidates will be required to upload the required documents. Upload scanned copies of the candidate's passport-size photograph and signature. Candidates must keep in mind the following while they upload the images.

  • The uploaded image must be in the specified format only
  • Avoid wearing any specs or hats in the photograph to avoid application rejection

What methods can I use to resize my image to the required specifications?

In case you are faced with an error of “please upload the image as per specified size”, you can resize the image using MS Word or any free online app for size reduction. In case you are still not able to resize the image, you can visit a cyber cafe for help or ask your peers or family to help.

Step 5: Preview and Submit the TS ICET Application Form

The last step is to finally preview the application form before the final submission to check for any changes. Once submitted, the application form cannot be rectified till the form correction window is opened up. You must keep in mind the following while previewing the form:

  • Now, click on the “preview” tab and carefully verify all the details mentioned in the application form
  • Click on the 'Confirm and Submit' button if all the details mentioned are correctly mentioned
  • If not, click on the 'Edit' button and make the required corrections
  • On submitting the TS ICET application form, a registration ID and barcode will be generated
  • Take the printout & keep it secure for future reference

TSICET Application Form Correction Window

The TGSCHE opens a form correction window wherein the applicants are allowed to make changes in their registration form in case any mistake has been made. This window is a one time chance for the candidates to modify the form and is opened for 3-4 days. Once closed, no candidate shall be allowed to make any sort of changes. It must be noted that the candidates can only edit few information pieces.

Checking the TS ICET Application Form Status

Once the student has completed their form, they can check the application form status by visiting the official website. On the homepage, there will be an option to check the application status. TSICET Application Fee Payment Options

The candidate can pay the TS ICET application fees via two ways. First is through Online e-Seva and the second option is via net banking or debit/credit card. Both of these ways are detailed and explained below.

Option 1 – AP Online / e-Seva/ Mee Seva

To exercise this option, you are requested to follow the below steps.

  • Select the preferred Registration Fee payment mode as AP Online / e-Seva / Mee Seva
  • This will be followed by the ‘Payment Verification' web page
  • Fill in the Transaction ID
  • Click on ‘Proceed to Online Application form filling' following which the Online TSICET 2024 Application Form will appear on the screen.

Option 2 – Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking

To exercise this option, you are requested to follow the below steps.

  • Click on the online payment option.
  • On the ‘Payment Gateway', select the card type (VISA or MasterCard, or Maestro).
  • Click ‘Make Payment'.
  • Enter card details such as Card number, Expiry date / From Date, Security Code / CVV number, etc.
  • Click ‘Pay Now.
  • Candidates must make sure that during the payment process, they must not click the ‘Back / Refresh' button or close the browser page abruptly. The payment process usually takes a couple of minutes.
  • The candidate will be directed to the bank Site with the Authentication Page.
  • On this page, select one of the preferred authentication options: OTP/ IPIN. Enter the details of OTP/ IPIN.
  • If the OTP/ IPIN is correct, the transaction will be successful.
  • Next, click on ‘Proceed to Online Application Form Filling' and fill in the TSICET 2024 Application Form.

Who is eligible to apply for TS ICET Exam?

How to fill TS ICET application form?

Candidates will have to provide their academic and personal details. The following details will be asked to fill out the TS ICET 2025 application form. First, students have to enter their Father's Name, Mother's Name, Gender, Aadhar card number (Not Mandatory), Birth state & district, and Identification mark.

Who are eligible for TS ICET?

Candidates Should have passed a recognized bachelor's degree (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BBM/BCA/BE/B.Tech/B. Pharmacy and any 3 or 4-year degree except Oriental Languages) examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50 percent marks (45 percent marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.

Is TSICET online or offline?

TSICET is an online exam conducted as a computer based test from test centres. Candidates have to answer as many as 200 MCQs to be answered within 150 minutes. TSICET, now known as TGICET, is administered annually by telangana Council of Higher Education for MBA and MCA admissions.

Who releases TS ICET application form?

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) holds the responsibility to assign a conducting body for the TS ICET exam. Kakatiya University conducts the TS ICET exam on behalf of TSCHE. All exam related events, including the registration, admit card release, answer key publication, and result declaration is done by Kakatiya University, on behalf of the exam convener, TSCHE. TSCHE is a statutory body of Government of Telangana, responsible to prepare consolidated programmes in the field of Higher Education for maintenance quality, accessibility and employability. TSCHE came into existence on account of the National Educational Policy, which recommends a state level planning and coordination of Higher Education to be done via councils of Higher Education and UGC.

How many centers is TSICET exam conducted in?

Kakatiya University will conduct TSICET exam across 20 test zones in Telangana. These test zones have further test locations where the exam will be conducted. Collectively, these 20 test zones have 50+ test centre locations. Candidates filling the TSICET application form have to use fill the preferred test zone to appear for the exam. Kakatiya University will allot a test centre based on the preference of the candidate, available seats in the test centre, number of candidates interested in a particular location, etc.

What are the documents required at the time of TSICET application form fillup?

While submitting the TSICET application form, candidates must keep some documents handy. Candidates might not need to upload these documents; however, the details on these documents are required while filling the TSICET application form: - Receipt form from Andhra Pradesh/TS Online / e-Seva / Citizen Services Centre - Hall Ticket Number of qualifying exam appeared or passed - SSC/Birth certificate/equivalent to confirm the date of birth - Income Certificate (if applicable) - Caste Certificate (if applicable) - Certificate by the competent authority (for NCC, PH, Sports, CAP, etc. ).

When to access the TSICET application form correction window after making an error while filling the TSICET form?

Candidates who made an error while filling out the TSICET application form will be allowed to rectify or modify details using the TSICET application form correction window. Kakatiya University facilitates the TSICET form correction window for a period of three days after the registration window is closed.
