I am unable to download TGICET 2025 admit card, what should I do?

Candidates will not be able to download the admit card from the login portal in case of any of the following reasons:

TSCHE sends the TS ICET registration number via email after the candidates have completed the registration process. Candidates can hop into the inbox of their registered email ID to get the registration number.

What are the errors to check in your TS ICET Admit Card?

The students must check for the following errors in their TS ICET admit card.

  • Name: It should not be misspelt
  • Registration number: It should be the same as generated at the time of filling TSICET application form
  • Category: It should be the same as mentioned in the application form
  • Date of birth: It should be the same as mentioned in the application form
  • Date of exam: Different test dates should not be mentioned

TSICET 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates must abide by the following exam day guidelines for a hassle-free examination

  • Check the status of daily traffic at the route from your residence to the exam centre using Google maps
  • Reach the TS ICET exam centre at least an hour before the exam commencement time
  • Do not sign the admit card beforehand
  • Do not forget to carry a printed copy of the TSICET hall ticket on the examination day
  • Keep at least three feet distance from other test takers at all times inside the exam centre
  • Sit at the seat allotted as per the seating chart at the examination centre.
  • Read the instruction manual properly before proceeding to check the questions in the TS ICET question paper

What is the last date to download the TSICET admit card?

Candidates are able to download the TSICET admit card until the examination day. The last date to download the TSICET hall ticket is mentioned in the notification. The hard copy of the TSICET hall ticket will be required at the time of entry to the exam centre. Candidates will not be allowed to request for a change in test centre location. Kakatiya University only asks the candidates about their test centre preference for TSICET the exam centre is allotted considering multiple factors, including the number of applicants interested to appear in a particular zone.

How many centers is TSICET exam conducted in?

Kakatiya University will conduct TSICET exam across 20 test zones in Telangana. These test zones have further test locations where the exam will be conducted. Collectively, these 20 test zones have 50+ test centre locations. Candidates filling the TSICET application form have to use fill the preferred test zone to appear for the exam. Kakatiya University will allot a test centre based on the preference of the candidate, available seats in the test centre, number of candidates interested in a particular location, etc.

Can I change the exam centre after issuance of the TSICET hall ticket?

No. Exam centre cannot be changed by the applicant. Kakatiya University considers the exam zone preference chosen by the candidate in the application form to allot the TSICET centre. Candidates will have to appear for the TSICET exam at the exam centre mentioned in the hall ticket. Kakatiya University will not entertain any requests for change in the TSICET exam centre after issuance of the hall ticket. However, candidates who wish to change the exam zone can do so via the application form correction window. TGICET hall ticket will be released after the form correction window is closed.

Can I carry a digital copy of the TSICET admit card to the exam centre?

No, candidates cannot use a digital copy of the TSICET admit card as an alternative to the hard copy of the hall ticket at the exam centre. The TSICET hall ticket is a crucial document acting as a confirmation of eligibility to appear for the exam. Officials at the TSICET exam centre will deny entry in case the candidate has forgotten a hard copy of the hall ticket. Along with the TSICET admit card, candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof to the exam centre. Officials at teh exam centre will verify the details in both documents. In case these details do not match, candidates may face hassles at the TSICET exam centre. Therefore, candidates must get the discrepancies resolved before they visit the TSICET exam centre to take the test.
