Telangana State Council of Higher Education will conduct TS EAMCET 2025 counselling in online mode in July - August 2025. Counselling is available to those who qualify for the TS EAMCET 2025. It consists of the steps such as registration, selection of courses and colleges, processing fee payment, and the booking of slots for the verification of the documents.
In total, there will be three regular counselling rounds and an additional special round. The candidates will have to select their preferred colleges and courses, and go to the assigned helpline centre on the date and time of their choice for certificate verification. They have to report to their allotted college after the seat allotment process to confirm admission.

Documents Needed for TS EAMCET Counselling 2025
Candidates will be required to carry the following documents for verification in the TS EAMCET 2025 Counselling:

- TS EAMCET 2025 Rank Card: It indicates the rank of the candidate in the exam.
- TS EAMCET 2025 Hall Ticket: The admit card used during the examination.
- Aadhaar Card: As an identity proof.
- Mark Sheet of 10th Class/ Equivalent: A mark sheet is required to check the academic records.
- Educational Certificates from 6th Class to Intermediate: To verify where the candidate studied.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.): Issued by the last school/college attended.
- Intermediate (12th Class) or Equivalent Pass Certificate: To check upon completion of intermediate education.
- Income Certificate (if applicable): Needed if the candidate seeks to be waived off or needs financial assistance.
- Caste Certificate(If Applicable): For SC/ST/OBC candidates, this must be obtained from the competent government authority.
- Residential Certificate of Parents (for Other State Students) – Students who are not residents of Telangana need to provide a certificate that one of their parents has been a resident of the state for at least 10 years.
- Special Category Certificates (if applicable) – If the candidate belongs to any special category like Physically Challenged (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), NCC, Sports or Minority then they are required to submit the proper certificate.
- Residence Certificate (for those with no formal education) – For candidates who have not studied in a regular school or college, a residence certificate must be presented as evidence of residence in TS.
These documents are essential for validating the candidate's eligibility, category, and admission preferences. Above mentioned are the important documents needed during the counselling process and while going for the TS EAMCET counselling 2025 candidates must carry original copies as well as photocopies of these documents.
TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 – Counselling Procedure
The procedure of TS EAMCET Counselling has been mentioned below:
Step 1: Pay the fee and register
Register and pay a fee for TS EAMCET 2025 counselling Candidates need to register using the official website or a helpline centre (according to the rank). The details to be filled in include the TS EAMCET 2025 hall ticket number, SSC marks memo details and Intermediate hall ticket number. As they do this, a “basic information form” will open up, candidates are required to fill in the details of their mobile number, email ID, caste certificate, and income certificate details (if any). Also, you will not be able to change the mobile number after it is saved.
Candidates must then login using their class 12th hall ticket number, registration number, and date of birth to pay the counselling fee. Payments would also be accepted via credit card, debit card, or net banking.
TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 Fees Structure:
- For Other Backward Classes (OBC): INR 1200
- Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST): INR 600
Step 2: Document Verification
The candidates will have to go to the helpline centres for their document verification. They will then be verified with UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) through their Aadhaar Card and fingerprint biometrics. This step verifies that the candidate’s identity is legitimate. Candidates need to be physically present for the verification. They must bring the appropriate documents referenced above so that the process can take place.
Special Categories: Additional documents:
Candidates coming under PH (Physically Handicapped), CAP (Children of Armed Personnel), NCC (National Cadet Corps), Sports, Minority and Anglo-Indian categories need to produce additional documents.
- PH Candidates: Must submit a Disability Certificate (40% or more) from the District Medical Board.
- CAP Candidates: A certificate from the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer is required. Ex-servicemen should also bring their identity card and discharge book, and in the case of servicemen, a service certificate from the competent authority.
- NCC & Sports Candidates – Candidates must present original certificates issued by the relevant authorities.
- Minority Candidates: A SSC Transfer Certificate (TC) indicating the Minority Status, or a certificate from the headmaster of their school
- Anglo-Indian Candidates: A certificate from the Tahsildar verifying the Anglo-Indian status of the candidate is mandatory.
The candidates must possess both original documents and photocopies to avoid any verification discrepancy.
Step 3: Choice Filling
In this step, candidates have to choose their colleges and courses from the options given. They should rank their options from most to least preferred. Candidates can select as many as the branches in each Subject-wise choice of branches group. There is no limit on the number of choices, So the more they choose, the better their chances of getting a seat. They should print out their selections and keep them for their records.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
TS EAMCET 2025 seat allotment will be conducted by TSCHE in online mode on the basis of the candidates choices, rank, category, local area, and other special reservations if applicable. Candidates will also get an SMS informing them about the seat allotment on their registered mobile no. Details about allotments will also be available online.
Candidates can check the allotment order by logging in with their ROC Form Number and TS EAMCET hall ticket number, password and date of birth. They have to fill in these particulars in the candidate login to download their provisional allotment order.
Step 5: Deposit Tuition Fees & Self Reporting
Candidates must pay the tuition fee specified in the Provisional Allotment Order after being allocated a seat. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or net banking online. Candidates who successfully pay the fee will be issued an admission number and the confirmation of a seat allotted to them.
If the Tuition Fee Shows as Zero in TS EAMCET Counselling
- In such cases, candidates need to log in and accept the allotment of seats through the Self-Reporting System.
- Self-reporting is accepting a seat without physically submitting original documents at the college. Hence, candidates can participate in additional counselling rounds as well.
- Once you click on “Accept my Joining” joining Report and admission number will be generated. Candidates are advised to take a printout of this report and submit it with the allotment letter in the allotted college.
If the Tuition Fee is not showing as Zero in TS EAMCET Counselling
- In case the tuition fee is non-zero, the candidate must pay the fee online first.
- Once they have paid, they need to log in and click on "Self Reporting System".
- Next, click on Accept my Joining and the joining report and admission number will be generated.
- Lastly, candidates must report to the college and submit the joining report and letter in the college.
