TANCET Registration 2025 began from January 24, 2025 and is ongoing on the official website tancet.annauniv.edu. The last date to apply for the TANCET 2025 exam is February 21, 2025. Candidates willing to take the exam can visit the official website and register themselves by filling the TANCET application form. The application process of TANCET consists of several steps such as registration, filling of personal and academic details, uploading of required documents, payment of fees, and finally submitting the application form.
- Candidates must pay INR 1000 as the application fee.
- Candidates belonging to the reserved category must pay INR 500 as the TANCET registration fee.
TANCET exam 2025 will be conducted on March 22 and 23, 2025 for MCA/MBA and M.E./M. Tech/M. Arch/M. Plan programs respectively.

Documents Required for TANCET MBA Registration 2025
The candidates applying for the exam must keep a set of documents ready before they proceed to fill out the TANCET MBA application form for Anna University MBA Admission:

How to Fill the TANCET 2025 Application Form?
The application procedure of TANCET exam 2025 consists of several steps that candidates must follow for a hassle free process. They must follow these steps to successfully complete the TANCET registration process. Candidates who fill the application form before the last date will be issued the TANCET admit card.
Below mentioned are the steps to apply for the exam by filling the TANCET 2025 application form:
Step 1 - TANCET Registration
TANCET registration is the first step to filling the TANCET application form. The candidates must complete this one time registration before they proceed to apply for the exam.
- Visit the official website of TANCET 2025 i.e. tancet.annauniv.edu.
- Navigate to and click on the ‘Click Here’ button available next to ‘For Online Registration’ link.
- Enter the required details such as name, email id, mobile number, date of birth, password etc.
- Create a password and choose the postgraduate professional program for admission based on TANCET Score 2025.
- Enter the CAPTCHA code.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 2 - TANCET Login
After the registration process is completed, the candidates will receive an email on their registered email id mentioning the successful completion of their one time registration for TANCET 2025. After this the candidates can proceed to fill out the TANCET application form. They will have to enter their registered email id and password to create the TANCET login credentials. After they are successfully logged in, the candidates will have to further fill in the details and upload the required documents in the form.
Step 3 - Filling TANCET Application Form
Candidates will have to enter their personal as well as academic details. Below are the details that they must fill in:
- Gender
- Nationality
- Address
- City
- Pincode
- State
After the above mentioned details are entered, the candidates can proceed to fill the rest of the form.
Step 4 - Entering Educational Details in TANCET Application Form
Candidates will have to enter their academic details as well while filling the TANCET application form. Refer to the details mentioned below to be entered in the TANCET application form:
- SSLC/ Class 10 registration number
- Year of passing SSLC/ Class 10
- HSC/ Class 12 registration number
- Year of passing HSC/ Class 12
- Qualifying degree name
- Spacialisation in the qualifying degree
- Year of completing the qualifying degree
Once the details are filled correctly, click on the ‘Next’ button to proceed.
Step 5 - Uploading of Documents
While filling out the application form, the candidates must upload the required documents in the specified format. These documents include photograph and signature. The candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:
- They must choose the image file from the system.
- Once the image is selected, click on the ‘Upload’ button.
- After the image has been uploaded, click on the ‘Next’ button.
Step 6 - Confirmation of Details in TANCET Application Form
This is the final step to TANCET Registration. After all the details have been filled correctly, the candidates must confirm their details and submit the duly filled form. Candidates will be able to check all the details entered by them throughout the process and the images uploaded by them.
If there are any discrepancies, the candidates must go back and edit the details and then submit the form.
Step 7 - Payment of TANCET Registration Fee
After going through the details, the candidates need to pay the TANCET application fee. The exam fee varies based on the category of the candidates. Those who belong to a reserved category will get a concession in fee.
Candidates must note that the fee is non-refundable.

How to Retrieve Forgotten Email ID and Password?
In case the candidates forget the email ID and password entered by them at the time of TANCET registration, they can easily retrieve the same by following the steps mentioned below:
- Visit the official website of Anna University - tancet.annauniv.edu.
- Navigate and click on the ‘Status Check’ tab.
- Candidates will be re-directed to the login page, where candidates can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
- Enter the details required and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- Registered Email ID
- Phone Number
- Create a new password and confirm the same by entering the OTP sent to their registered mobile number.
- Make sure to save the password for future reference.
