Students must have applied on this website link: www.ouat.nic.in or https://www.lokaseba-odisha.in beginning from 01.04.2017 to 10.05.2017.
The candidate is required to pay INR 1050 as application fees to the university apart from bank charges that are specified by the bank by online mode of payment. Payment in cash can also be done through the Common Service Center.
The candidate should take a printout of the computer generated application form with payment details which would be retained by the candidate for future correspondence. Submission of application would be done after payment is done.
The three steps in applying are as follows:
- The online application form needs to be filled.
- You can make payment by way of an online application.
- You can take a printout of the application form for future reference.
OR
The candidate would be able to apply through Common Service Centre located in the nearest area. The payment can be done through cash and a printout of application form with payment details should be retained.
The initial application that was filled was FORM-A.The admit card is generated only on the successful submission of Form-A.
After the examination, the candidates are supposed to fill a more detailed FORM B where they would have to upload the necessary documents.After completing the form, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number.
The scanned copy of relevant documents and Annexure should be upload at the time of submission of online Application Form-B: (As relevant in individual cases) 1. Mark sheet of 10th standard.
2. Certificate of 10th standard showing date of birth.
3. Mark sheet of +2 Science.
4. Certificate of +2 Science.
5. SC/ST/Green Card / Ph. Handicapped certificate from the competent authority for the respective reserved category (refer Clause-3.2)
.6. Residential certificate (Except for candidate with Odia as a subject in 10th standard.
7. Aadhaar Card.
8. In case of NRI Candidates, all the documents as per clause-3.6.
i) (Annexure-III). ii) Passport of the sponsor. iii) Visa/Permanent residential certificate of sponsor. iv) Residential proof of sponsor(electric bill, telephone bill, water bill etc.)
9. Certificate as proof of OUAT employee from Head of the Institution (Annexure-IV).
10. Permanent Residential Certificate for Western Odisha.
* 5 copies of said passport size photograph be retained with the candidate for future use at the time of admission.
- The invisible/blurred uploaded scanned copies of documents if received will not be taken into consideration.
- They must submit Application Form-B through online after appearing at the Entrance Examination.
- The ICAR/VCI nominees/Foreign candidates/State Govt. Sponsored Candidates to be admitted against reserved seats will pay the Application Fee and fill up the Form-B of the application at the time of their admission.
