OJEE application form 2025 was released on 30th January 2025 on the official website of the exam - ojee.nic.in. The students could fill out the application form till March 25, 2025. Along with the OJEE application form dates the exam authorities also released the complete OJEE Exam schedule. The exam will be held online as a computer-based-test. The form can only be filled online and includes steps like registration, filling the form, uploading documents, and paying the OJEE application fees.
The exam dates and schedule for the special OJEE exam will be announced tentatively in the first week of June 2025. For the special OJEE exam candidates will need to apply online. How to fill out the OJEE application form (Step-by-Step guide)
The OJEE application form consists of 4 major steps in totality. Completing each of these steps is a must and only those who pay the application fee will be entitled to receive the OJEE admit card. These steps include:

Step 1: Register for the OJEE exam
The first step to begin with the OJEE application form is to register for the OJEE exam. To register for the exam, candidates must follow the below step-by-step procedure.
- Visit the OJEE official website
- On the homepage, click on the link for 'OJEE online registration 2025'
- A new page will open, and then click on the fresh candidate registration button below
- Read the terms and conditions, and click on ‘I Agree’
- On the next page complete the registration form by entering the follwoing details:
- Personal details - Candidate name, Father's name, Mother's name, DOB, Gender, Identity type and number
- Contact details - ISD code, mobile number, email address
- Choose password - enter a strong 8-13 characters password with an upper case letter, lower case letter, numeric value, and special character(s)
- Security PIN verification
- Once the details from the last step have been filled out, click on the ‘Submit’ button in the end
Step 2: Fill out the OJEE application form
Once the registration has been completed an email and message will be shared with the candidates to their registered email ID and mobile number with their OJEE user ID and password. To fill out the application form, the following steps must be followed.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images and Documents
Once the application form has been filled with the complete and correct details, the next step is to upload the scanned images and documents. Candidates must ensure to upload the images as per the specified format, to avoid getting the application rejected. The image specifications to upload the documents are given below. Both the images must only be uploaded in a JPG/JPEG format.

Step 4: Preview and Pay the OJEE fees
Once the candidate has uploaded all the necessary documents, it is advised to carefully preview the application form before the final submission and payment. Once the form is submitted no further changes can be made. However, candidates can make changes to their application form until it is not submitted. The candidates must pay a fee of INR 1000 in case of a single course, and if they choose for a combination of courses, they must pay INR 1500 to complete the form.
Step 5: Printout of the confirmation page
Once the OJEE registration has been completed, candidates are advised to check and view the form and download the same. A printout of the OJEE application form and fee confirmation page must be taken and preserved as it will be used for the further processes including the examination day.
Steps to apply for the Special OJEE exam
To apply for the special OJEE exam, candidates must follow the below step-by-step procedure.
- Visit the official website of OJEE
- Click on ' Registration for 2nd/Special OJEE Examination' link
- Register with the details required such as name, e-mail ID, mobile number, etc. and create a password
- Next, submit the details and you will be given an application ID after confirmation
- Login with your registered application number and password to fill out the application form
- Pay the application fee in online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking and wait for the fee status to be updated
- After confirmation, submit the application form and get a printout of the same for future references
- The application fee is INR 1,000/-and can be paid through online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking. Candidates need to pay INR 500 for each additional course.
Instructions Regarding Special OJEE 2025
Mentioned below are a few important instructions regarding Special OJEE 2025.
- Special OJEE 2025 will be conducted in computer-based test mode in English.
- Special OJEE will be conducted for admissions to BTech, Le-Tech (Diploma), Le- Tech (B.Sc), MBA, MCA and MPharma courses under OJEE.
- Three new courses, MTech, MPlan and MArch, were added later for admission through Special OJEE.
- The second/Special OJEE 2025 exam will be conducted for admission to first-year courses in all private and government colleges in Odisha against the vacant seats left after the first round of counselling of OJEE.
- Candidates belonging to states other than Odisha are not eligible for admission to government colleges. They can opt for private colleges.
- Students holding a rank or have appeared for JEE Main 2025 or OJEE 2025 do not have to appear for the Special OJEE exam.
- Candidates must reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam along with the admit cards.
- Candidates cannot leave the exam centre before the exam is over.
- Candidates must not carry any electronic gadgets, books, study material, etc. to the exam centre.
- The exam will have MCQ-type questions. Each question will carry four marks. One mark will be deducted in case of an incorrect answer.
