The MAT Registration Process for the December Session is undergoing and the exam will be conducted as CBT, and PBT Modes. Candidates who have appeared for the exam in the previous session but wish to appear again and improve the score can register themselves again for the exam. The candidates also have a choice to appear for more than 1 mode of examination. The option to choose the mode is given in the MAT Application Form.

MAT Application Form Details- Key Pointers

Candidates must make a note of the few important pointers while filling the MAT Application.

  • Personal details like the name, phone number, address, email ID etc. must be entered correctly as these are used till the admission process and for all important communication.
  • Candidates must check the MAT Exam Eligibility Criteria for registration beforehand as those who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be able to apply and the application will be rejected.
  • Since there is no correction window available, candidates should carefully fill the form and make changes before the final submission.
  • The MAT Application fee is paid online only and is entirely non-refundable. No claims against the same will be entertained by the authorities.
  • To appear for multiple sessions separate application needs to be filled. However, the candidates can combine 2 MAT sessions in single exam phase for an additional amount of INR 1500/-

How to Register for MAT 2024 Online?

The MAT Exam is conducted multiple times a year and the candidates can choose to appear as many times as they want and in multiple modes if necessary. However, it must be noted that for each attempt the candidate will need to register separately and pay the MAT application fee accordingly. The Registration Process is conducted on the official AIMA MAT Website - mat.aima.in. The step-by-step MAT Registration Guide is explained below.

Step 1: Registration

The first step here is to register for the MAT Examination. The steps to register are detailed below.

  • Visit the AIMA MAT Registration Portal- mat.aima.in
  • Register using details like the Name, Email ID, Phone Number, and setting a password
  • Confirm the details and click on the ‘Register' button at the end
  • An OTP will be shared to the registered mobile number. Verify the phone number. With this step you will complete MAT exam registration 2024.

Step 2: Filling out the Application Form

Once registered, the next step is to fill out the actual application form. Steps to fill the MAT Application Form are given below:

  • Log in to your MAT account using the registered credentials
  • Enter details in the application form including Personal, Educational, Contact, etc.
  • Upload the necessary documents including the scanned passport size photograph and signature
  • Pay the MAT Application Fees
  • Review the Application and finally submit MAT exam application form 2024.
  • Download and take a printout for further use

The candidates need to pay an application fees to register for the MAT 2024 examination. Check the MAT exam fee structure 2024 tabulated below. Candidates should note that the MAT exam registration fees can only be paid online through debit/credit cards, UPI payment options, or net banking. No other mode of payment shall be acceptable.

MAT Application Form 2024 - Documents Required

While applying for the MAT Examination, candidates must be ready with the documents that need to be uploaded in the application form along with the scanned photograph and signature. The documents required for MAT Registration are listed below.

  • Graduation marksheet
  • Class 12th marksheet 
  • Class 10th marksheet
  • Date of birth certificate
  • Photo ID card
  • Credit card/debit card/internet banking details

MAT Application - Mistakes to Avoid

  • Avoid any spelling errors and ensure that the name is as per the class 10 marksheet
  • Check the fee payment status carefully as any application without fee payment will not be considered
  • Details such as phone number, email ID, and address should be functional as all MAT communication will happen through phone and email
  • Upload the scanned photo and sign as per the specified dimensions only
