Step 1: Registration

Step 3: Uploading the Required Documents
Once the candidates have filled out the application form details, the next step involves uploading the photograph and signature. Candidates here must note that this is an important part in the application process and the candidates must be extra cautious while uploading the documents. MAH MBA CET Application: Photo and Signature Specifications
MAH MBA CET 2025 applicants will have to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature in .jpg/.jpeg format only. Uploading the documents in the correct format is mandatory. Given below are the specifications for document upload:
- The image should be a recent passport-style colour picture clicked against a white or light coloured background
- Size of the photo image 50 mm x 50 mm in size.
- The photo must be minimum 5 mb and a maximum 100 kb in size
- The signature should be on white paper by black ink. It should be clearly visible.
- Size of the signature image must be 3.5 cm in breadth and 1.5 cm in height and must be less than 50 kb.
What to do in case the ‘Document Size Limit Exceeded’ error pops up?
In case the candidates face an error that says that the document size limit has exceeded or the document is too large, the candidates can do the following:
- Reduce the file size to required using MS word or any editing platform
- Use a phone application to resize the document to the required size
- Upload a different photograph within the size limits
Step 4: Choosing Test Centres and Preview
After the documents are uploaded the candidates must choose and enter at least 3 preferred test cities where they would like to give the exam from. Candidates are advised to choose an exam centre nearest to their hometown. Although the end decision will be taken by the exam authorities, but choosing an exam centre nearest to the hometown will work in the student's favour.
Once the MBA CET Test Centres have been chosen, students should carefully preview the application form before making the final payment. Once the payment has been made no changes to the application form are acceptable.
Step 5: Final Payment and Print Out
The last step in the process is to pay the MBA CET application fees. Without the payment being made no application shall be deemed complete, and the payment must be made through online mode only like a debit/credit card, or via net banking. Candidates must wait to receive the payment confirmation and it is advised to take a screenshot of the confirmation page to validate later (if required).
Once the payment has been made the candidates must save and download the application form, and also take at least 2 print outs of the form for future use.
