IIT JAM Registration 2025: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has opened registration for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2025, starting September 3, 2024 and will continue until October 11, 2024. The IIT JAM 2025 exam will be held on February 2, 2025. The examination will be held in two sessions, interested and eligible candidates can register on the official website of JAM 2025, jam2025.iitd.ac.in. 

IIT JAM 2025 exam is for admission to various postgraduate programmes at IITs, IISc, NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, and DIAT. The JAM 2025 will be conducted for seven subjects: Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH).

IIT JAM Eligibility 2025

The responsibility of deciding the eligibility criteria for  IIT JAM rotates annually among the different IITs. IIT Madras has laid down the eligibility criteria for the IIT JAM exam this year. IIT JAM eligibility criteria have been mentioned below:

• Nationality: Both Indian and Foreign nationals are eligible to take the exam.

• Age Limit: There is no age for IIT JAM 2025.

• Educational Qualifications: Must have a degree in Bachelor's in Science in any one of the following subjects – Geology, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Physics, Chemistry. Final year candidates are also eligible to apply.

• Minimum Marks: No minimum marks requirement to apply for IIT JAM 2025. Proof of having passed the Qualifying Degree with the Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQs) as specified by the Admitting Institute should be submitted by September 2025.

IIT JAM application process is an online process and the fee is payable only through online mode. Students must follow the following steps to complete IIT JAM 2025 application form:

Step 1: Go to the IIT JAM 2025 official website at, joaps.iitd.ac.in.

Step 2: Register by filling and submitting details such as name, email address, mobile number, and password.

Step 3: Fill Details in IIT JAM Application Form like personal details, Exam Centre etc.

Step 4: Upload the most recent passport photo with signature and SC/ST/PwD category.

Step 5: Fill out the application form and submit it.

Step 6: Finish by paying the application cost.

Documents Required for IIT JAM 2025

• Class 10 Mark sheet and certificate.

• Class 12 Mark sheet and passing certificate. If only CGPA is mentioned in class 10 and class 12 mark sheets, enter the CGPA in aggregate marks field after converting in the percentile form.

How to Make Correction in IIT JAM 2025 Application Form

Only those who have filled the application form and paid the application fee are eligible to modify the application form.

If you have made any mistake in the IIT JAM 2025 registration form, you can correct it in the correction window. Here are the steps to modify the application form:

Step 1: Visit IIT JAM 2025 official website

Step 2: Click on JOAPS portal or application form correction link.

Step 3: Then click on login & enter user id and password.

Step 4: Modify the details

Step 5: Save the changes. Take the printout of the form for future uses.
