CUSAT CAT is the Common Admission Test of the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) for admissions to its the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It is a national level entrance test conducted across various centers all over India. This test is common for admission to the undergraduate engineering program across its three campuses - Kalamassery, Kuttanadu, and Lakeside.
The computer based CAT Examination would be conducted by Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2nd Week of June to 4th Week of June, 2025. There will be two papers divided into three hours.
- Paper 1 will be of Mathematics with 125 questions constituting 375 marks out of the 750 mark paper
- Paper 2 will be of Physics and Chemistry with 75 questions from Physics and only 50 from Chemistry.This also makes up a total of 375 marks.
- There is negative marking as well. 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer and 3 marks are awarded for each correct answer.
CUSAT CAT Admit Card
The admit card of CUSAT CAT 2023 will get released by the Cochin University of Science and Technology in 1st Week of May 2023.The admit card of CUSAT should have been downloaded by the candidates much before the date of the exam.The admit card is a very important document and a hard copy should be carried to the exam center.A soft copy of the admit card should also be saved by the candidate.The candidate will not be allowed to enter the exam center without a copy of the admit card.
