The National Testing Agency will likely begin the CUET 2025 Registration on February 24, 2025. Candidates who wish to fill the CUET Application Form can do so by visiting the official website of CUET i.e. cuetpg.ntaonline.in. The application process of the CUET 2025 exam will be held in online mode only. Before applying for the exam, the candidates are advised to check the CUET eligibility criteria. Any incomplete applications will not be considered and automatically be rejected after the CUET 2025 registration last date.

While filling the CUET Application form the candidates will have to pay the CUET Fees 2025. The registration fee will vary depending on various factors such as candidate’s category, number of subjects selected and exam city. Candidates belonging to the general category and selecting up to 3 subjects, they will have to pay a CUET online fee of INR 1000. The fees is INR 900 for OBC-NCL/EWS category students and INR 800 for SC/ST/PwBD and third gender candidates. Candidates from outside India will have to pay INR 4500 as CUET application fee. The payment of CUET registration fee can be made through any online mode that is Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking or UPI.

When will CUET Registration 2025 Start?

The National Testing Agency is expected to release the CUET 2025 Application form on February 24, 2025. The registration of the CUET exam will be conducted in online mode only. Once the application form is out, we will publish the CUET registration link in this article as well.

What is CUET Form Last Date 2025?

The CUET 2025 registration last date will be March 26, 2025. The candidates applying for the exam must submit the CUET application form before the CUET UG 2025 last date arrives. The direct link to fill the CUET application form will stop working or will be deactivated after the last date and any incomplete forms will be discarded. Besides, failing to pay the CUET fees within the given timeline of the CUET form will also lead to the cancellation of the application form.

Candidates must complete the registration and fill the CUET application form before the last date in order to avoid any last minute hassle. There is usually a large number of candidates trying to register on the last date of CUET UG registration 2025 due to which the server faces heavy load and crashes eventually.

CUET Eligibility Criteria 2025

Before filling the CUET UG application form, the candidates must ensure that they stand eligible as per the CUET eligibility criteria 2025. The NTA has already prescribed the eligibility parameters on the official website. Please refer to the points below to check if you are eligible or not.

Academic qualifications

Candidates must have passed class 12th in Science or irrelevant stream from a recognized board. Students who are yet to take class 12th exams are also eligible to apply for the CUET 2025 exam.

CUET Age Limit

There is no minimum or maximum age limit to appear in the CUET UG 2025 exam. As long as the candidates fulfill the above mentioned eligibility criteria they can fill the CUET form.

How to Fill the CUET Form 2025?

The National Testing Agency will release the CUET 2025 application form on the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG. The candidates who wish to apply are required to submit the CUET application form before the CUET UG 2025 registration last date. Any form submitted after the last date will not be accepted.

The NTA will allow candidates to make corrections in their duly filled application form. In case candidates have made errors or mistakes in the CUET form, they can make the changes once the CUET 2025 form correction window opens. Only some of the details can be corrected during the correction window timeline. Hence, the candidates are advised to be cautious while failing the application form. Steps to Fill the CUET 2025 Application Form:

To begin with the CUET registration process, the candidates must visit the official websiteexams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG and click on the tab ‘CUET UG 2025 - Click Here for Registration/Login’. The screen will display the CUET UG registration page.

The application process of CUET Exam 2025 consists of the steps mentioned below:

Step 1 - CUET Registration

• Candidates must visit the official website of CUET 2025 to fill the application form.
• Navigate to and click on the new candidate Register here a tab.
• The candidates must choose any one option given there to verify themselves. They can verify themselves using their registration number/Digilocker academic bank or credits ABC Pan card or passport.
• Once they verify themselves the candidates should fill the details in the CUET form 2025.
• They will have to enter their personal details such as Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Nationality.
• When filling the CUET NTA 2025 Form, the candidates must also provide their current address as well as their mobile number which is active for further communications.
• Candidates will then be prompted to create a password for their CUET login. Choose Password (8-13 characters with one special character, one uppercase character, one lowercase character and one numeric character)
• They must choose and answer the security question.
• They will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP and click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the CUET Registration 2025.

Step 2 - Filling of CUET 2025 Application Form

a) After the registration process is completed, the candidates will proceed to fill the CUET application form. The major part of the form fetches information from the registration details. The other details need to be submitted by candidates. The candidates will have to enter the further details which are mentioned below:

b) Education Details

In this step, the candidates must enter their qualification details. Below mentioned are the details that candidates must fill.

• Result Status
• Passing Year
• Qualifying Examination
• Place of Schooling
• Type of School/College
• Qualifying Examination Country, State and District
• Board Name
• School/College Name, Address and Pincode
• Roll Number
• Result Mode

Step 3 - Examination Centre Selection

After this, the candidates must choose CUET exam centers most convenient to them. They are allowed to choose up to 2 exam centers. They can enter the states and city choices in the order of their preferences in which they wish to appear for the exam.

Step 4 - Selection of University/Program

• Candidates will then have to apply for one or more universities offering programs they wish to pursue their career in. They can select the university and programs from the drop drop down menu and click on the add button.
• Candidates must note that they will be able to change the already selected university or program by clicking on the update tab.

Step 5 - Test Paper/CUET Domain Subject Selection

Candidates will be allowed to select a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 subjects or papers.

Along with the CUET domain subject selection, the candidates will also have to select the medium or the language of the question paper they wish to take.

In case they are selecting less than 10 subjects, they will have to select the not applicable (NA) option for the rest of the subject fields.

Step 6 - Uploading of Photograph and Signature

In this step, the candidates will have to upload the scanned copies of their photographs and signature. The documents must be uploaded as per the prescribed specifications. Please refer to the table below to check the details of the documents to be uploaded along with their specification.

After this step is completed, the candidates will have to verify every detail entered by them and also verify their registered email ID. The candidates will receive an OTP in the email that has been registered by them and after entering the OTP they will be redirected to the CUET 2025 application fee payment section.

Step 7 - CUET Application Fee Payment

In this step the candidates must process the payment of CUET application fee to finally submit the CUET application form. The candidates can make the payment through various online options like net banking, UPI and wallets. It must be noted that no offline mode is accepted to make the payment of CUET fee 2025. When making the payment of CUET application fee, the candidates will have to select the mode in which they'll be making the payment. They can make the payment through net banking, cards, and UPI.

After the successful payment of CUET registration fees, the screen will display an application confirmation message and this confirmation message and a PDF will be sent to candidates registered email id as well.

Challenges while Filling CUET Application Form 2025

Candidates may come across the issues on the website while filling the CUET UG application form 2025. We have listed below the possible challenges that they may face:

• Difficulty in logging into the website even after entering the correct CUET UG credentials.
• The server automatically logs you out while filling the CUET application form. Hence the details are not getting saved.
• The payment status of CUET UG will show unsuccessful even after the amount has been debited from the account.
• The list of CUET participating universities is not visible.

Other Common Issues While Filling the CUET Application Form 2025

Issues with Application Fee Payment

• Candidates can face this issue due to the slow Internet speed.
• In such a case, the candidates can try to make the payment of CET 2025 application fee a little later.
• If the amount gets debited the candidates are advised to wait for at least 24 hours for the fee to be credited or for the payment status to show ‘successful’.

How to Check CUET 2025 Application Form Status?

How to Retrieve and Reset the CUET 2025 Application Password?
