SRMJEEE 2025: Notification, Exam Dates (Out), Syllabus, Admit Card, Registration & More

The SRMJEEE 2025 exam registrations have begun on 12th November 2024 on the official website of SRMJEEE – srmist.edu.in. Candidates can fill out the application form till 16th April 2025. SRMJEEE 2025 will be held in three phases - Phase 1 (April 22 to 27, 2025), Phase 2 (June 12 to 17, 2025) and Phase 3 (July 4 to 5, 2025). SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE) is mandatory for SRM BTech admissions. Candidates will have to appear for the SRMJEEE online remote proctored test to gain admission to any BTech courses offered at SRMIST campuses located at Kattankulathur, Vadapalani, Ramapuram, Tiruchirappalli, Ghaziabad, Sonepat and Andhra Pradesh. For Phase 2 and 3 exams, the SRMJEEE 2025 application form last date is June 6, 2025 and June 30, 2025, respectively.

SRMJEEE 2025 is held at the national level and the candidates can appear for the exam from the comfort of their homes. The exam will have a total of 125 MCQs asked from 10+2 level Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology, Aptitude and English. What is the SRMJEEE Exam?

The SRMJEEE Exam 2025 is a university-level admission test for Kattankullathur, Ramapuram, NCR-Ghaziabad, and Ramapuram SRM Group Institutes and Universities. The SRMJEEE exam is conducted to grant admission to various UG Engineering and Technology courses on all of these campuses. Candidates seeking admission to these courses must take this test to be considered. SRM operates three campuses in Amravati, Haryana, and Sikkim. SRMJEEE Eligibility Criteria

SRMIST has released the SRMJEEE 2025 eligibility criteria along with the official notification. Candidates are advised to carefully read and adhere to the SRMJEEE 2025 eligibility criteria. The SRMJEEE eligibility criteria for 2025 include age, qualifying exam, nationality, and other factors.

Nationality: To be eligible for the SRM engineering exam 2025, candidates must be Indian citizens or Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), as well as PIO or OCI card holders issued by the GOI.

Education Criteria:

• Candidates must have a 60 percent or equivalent grade point average in Class 10
• Candidates must have obtained a grade of 60% or higher in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) / Intermediate from any Indian education board recognized by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi (CBSE, CISCE, and State Education Boards recognized by the Board of Higher Secondary Education).
• A candidate must have received a grade of 60% or higher in their International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma or certificate, or a University of Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) A-level with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• Students in their final year of high school are also eligible to apply; however, candidates must have a grade point average of 60% or higher in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 16 years old on the 31st of July of the calendar year in which they are taking 12 board exams.

Direct Admission: The institute provides direct admission and scholarships to first-year students from all Central and State boards across India. The top 1000 IIT JEE scorers in each district of Tamil Nadu, as well as exemplary athletes at the national and international levels, will be eligible for direct admission.

Kashmiri Migrants: Candidates who are Kashmiri migrants will be eligible for SRMJEEE admission relaxation.

The SRM University has made the SRMJEEE application form 2025 for Phase 1 available on the official website. SRMJEEE Application Fee

The SRMJEEE application fee is INR 1400 for all the categories of candidates. Candidates will be able to pay their fees online. In any case, the application fee is neither refundable nor transferable.

SRMJEEE Slot Booking

Candidates must choose their preferred test date and time slot for the exam from the provided schedule when booking slots for the SRMJEEE 2025 exam online. SRMIST will begin taking reservations for SRMJEEE 2025 Phase 2 on the official website in June 2025 (TBA). candidates can download the hall ticket that is generated after the completion of the slot booking process.

Step-by-step process for the SRMJEEE 2025 Slot booking

The complete slot booking guidelines for the SRMJEEE Exam 2025 are detailed below. It must be noted that these slots are tentative and subject to change.

• The first choice for the SRMJEEE exam location would be the default test city.
• If the first test city choice has a low number of applicants, candidates will be given their second and third choices. 
• To choose a convenient exam date, consult the exam center table (provided during SRMJEEE Slot Booking).
• Enter the correct application number, which begins with 10, XX, XXX series for B.Tech.
• Test Centers/Test Dates will be added as more applicants select that specific Test Center.
• Contact the authority through the "Any Query Ask Us" tab found on the Online Application System Dashboard in the event of any difficulties.

SRMJEEE Admit Card

The SRMIST will release the SRMJEEE admit card 2025 immediately following slot booking. SRMIST will soon announce the dates for all three phases slot booking and admit card release because the exam will now be administered in three phases. Without an admit card, candidates are not permitted to appear in the exam. Additionally, the SRMJEEE 2025 admit card must be presented in order to participate in the institute's various campuses' admissions and counselling procedures. It was advised to candidates to download their SRMJEEE 2025 admit card by the deadline and to print it several times for future use.

SRMJEEE 2025 Syllabus

SRMIST releases the syllabus of SRMJEEE based on which questions are asked in the exam. The syllabus of SRMJEEE contains 10+2 level topics from Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude and English. Through the syllabus of SRMJEEE, candidates can get an idea of the topics, subtopics, chapters, and units to be covered while preparing for the SRMJEEE exam. SRMJEEE Result

The SRMJEEE 2025 results will be available in April 2025 for Phase 1. The university will announce the results online and no other mode of checking the result will be considered. The authority will also notify the candidates of the result declaration via email to the registered email address.

Candidates can check their results and download their rank cards by logging in with their login credentials. The authorities will also publish a merit list of candidates based on their performance in the entrance exam.

SRMJEEE 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

To appear for the SRMJEEE 2025 exam, the candidates need to ensure that they follow the certain exam guidelines, rules, and regulations which are set by the exam conducting authorities to ensure fairness in the exam and conduct the exam smoothly.

• Candidates have to login to the exam using details provided in the admit card (Password).
• The main examination will be of 120 minutes.
• The candidates are expected to login at least 60 minutes before the exam to take a photograph of themselves and ID proof and to read the instructions.
• Candidates will not be allowed to end the exam whether the candidate completes the exam or quits the exam for the first 120 minutes from the scheduled start of the exam.
• Only one question appears on the screen and either the candidate should answer the question or skip the same if he/she does not know the answer or does not want to answer. Once moved to the next question, the candidate cannot come back to the answered/skipped questions.
• On completion of the exam, candidates are required to follow the instructions provided to close the exam.
• The ‘I want to submit the exam' button appears only after 90 minutes have elapsed.
• The quit password needs to be entered to EXIT THE EXAM (WHICH IS MANDATORY), which will be available in the Instruction Manual for taking the exam.
• The exam also closes automatically once the scheduled exam time elapses.

Do's and Don'ts

Candidates must follow some instructions for the remote proctored exam:

• Do not move from your seats, during the exam. You cannot take bio breaks during the duration of the exam.
• You should sit facing the screen throughout the exam and should not look sideways or down.
• You are not allowed to keep mobile phones, digital watches, or any other electronic devices with you during the exam.
• You are not permitted to wear sunglasses/headphones.
• You should take the exam, seated in a room where there is sufficient light. You must ensure you are the only person in the room during the exam and there is no disturbance. Do not entertain any other person in the room.
• Do not contact/talk to anyone or take assistance from anyone during the exam.
• Do not keep any text or bits of paper or any material/notes/rough paper with you during the exam.
• Do not access any other site/screen on your laptop/Personal computer during the exam.
• Do not try to log in from multiple devices.
• Do not google or search from any other source.
• Do not lip-sync or read the questions aloud.
• Do not cover your face with hair/mask/clothing or anything else.
• Do not have any background noise/voices/music//TV.
• You are not allowed to have food/beverage during the exam except for water.

SRMJEEE Cutoff 2025: Expected

Candidates will be able to view the SRMJEEE cut-off marks after the results are released. The cut-off must refer to the university's final ranks for each course offered. Candidates will be able to check it online through the website.

The admission authority will determine the cut-off marks based on the number of candidates who took the examination, the highest marks scored by the topper, and the difficulty level of the examination. Candidates who achieve cut-off or higher marks will be considered qualified.

SRMJEEE Counselling

The institute conducts admissions counselling for qualified SRMJEEE 2025 candidates. Students will be contacted for SRMJEEE counselling according to the schedule that will be released following the announcement of the results. Students must be physically present at the institute on the assigned date and time for SRMJEEE 2025 counselling. Students will be assigned seats based on their performance in the entrance exam, preferred branch and campus, and the availability of seats. SRM University releases the SRMJEEE mock test for each phase of the exam. The mock test window opens a few days before the actual exam day. Using the SRMJEEE mock test candidates can practice for the remote proctored exam. To ensure that the candidates get familiar with the setup for taking online exams at home and to get comfortable with the exam interface, mock exams are facilitated before each phase. To avoid last-minute disturbances/ clarifications, it is suggested that the candidates take the mock exams as scheduled and be prepared for the final examination.

SRMJEEE 2025 Scholarships

The SRM University scholarship policy considers SRMJEEE ranks, JEE Main ranks, and board exam performances to determine eligibility for scholarships, which can cover up to 100% of tuition fees, application fees, and registration fees. Scholarships like the Founder's Scholarship and SRM Merit Scholarship are awarded based on performance in the SRMJEEE and other criteria.
