Eligible candidates, who fulfill the OJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria, can submit their applications on the official website at ojee.nic.in. The OJEE admit card will be released on 25th April 2025 on the official website and only those applicants who successfully complete the application form will be entitles to receive the OJEE hall ticket. Also, before filling out the application for the OJEE exam candidates must carefully check the OJEE eligibility criteria. The applicants who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria for OJEE will not be able to participate in the OJEE counselling and OJEE admission process.

What is the OJEE Exam: Overview
The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is a state-government-controlled centralized test for admission to many private and governmental medical, engineering & management institutions in Orissa. The Odisha State Government established the OJEE Committee, which manages the admission exam each year. For admission to several UG/PG engineering, pharmacy, management, etc. disciplines, this entrance exam is held. Candidates who pass this exam will be admitted to first-year degree programs in B. Pharmacy, International MBA (5 years), MCA, M.Tech, MBA, M. Arch, M. Plan, M. Pharmacy, and laterally into B. Pharmacy and B.Tech. OJEE 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates need to follow certain guidelines on the exam day to have a hassle-free exam experience. Check out the OJEE exam day guidelines mentioned below to be followed on the exam day:
- Make sure that you are carrying the OJEE admit card to the exam centre as candidates will not be allowed inside the exam centre without the admit card.
- Reach the test centre at least an hour before the exam timings to check for the seating plan and complete frisking formalities at the entry gate. No candidate will be allowed entry into the exam centre at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

OJEE Counselling 2025
After the declaration of OJEE Result 2025, the OJEE counseling 2025 will be conducted online. All shortlisted candidates will be required to take part in the counseling process. Candidates will only be given admission once the counseling process is over. Candidates will select their desired course of study and college throughout the counseling process. During counseling, authorities will also check the validity of the papers. Candidates must thus have the necessary documentation with them when they arrive for the counseling procedure. Candidates who meet the OJEE Cutoff criteria can take part in the OJEE Counseling by following the process mentioned below:
- Candidates will need to register for OJEE 2025 Counseling by providing information like their name, contact information, and their OJEE 2025 score.
- Candidates must pay OJEE 2025 Counselling Fees of INR 450, after successfully enrolling for the counseling procedure.
- Candidates will then fill in their desired colleges and courses and save their preferences
- Candidates then pay the fees for the college or institute they intend to attend once the OJEE Seat Allotment result is revealed.
- Candidates must authenticate original documents for admission throughout the college counseling procedure

OJEE 2025 Admission Process

Step 1: OJEE Registrations
The first step in the OJEE application process is the OJEE registration. Candidates need to visit the official website of OJEE and register themselves for the exam by filling the OJEE 2025 application form with the required details. Candidates need to complete the OJEE application process by paying the OJEE application fee of INR 1,000. In case, candidates are applying for a combination of papers such as M.Tech and MBA or MBA and MCA, then the fee will be INR 1,500. Candidates can pay the fee through Net banking, Debit/credit card or Offline via SBI challan.
Step 2: Download OJEE Admit Card
Download OJEE 2025 admit cards from the official website and read the instructions on the admit card carefully. If there is an error on the admit card, immediately report to the OJEE Cell.
Step 3:Appear for OJEE 2025 exam
OJEE 2025 was conducted in computer-based test mode. Candidates had to appear for the exam and reach the exam centre at least one hour before the commencement of the exam.
Step 4: Download OJEE 2025 answer key published by the OJEE Cell
OJEE Cell released the answer keys for OJEE 2025 question paper on the official website. Candidates can also download the scorecard from the official website itself.
Step 5: Register for OJEE 2025 counselling process
Candidates who have cleared the OJEE exam will have to register for the OJEE counselling process. The list of selected candidates through Web Counselling and Institute level will be released by the authorities.

The participating institutes will announce the OJEE cutoff for 2025. The closing and opening ranks for the cutoff for the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination will be made public. Additionally, the testing body has established course-specific mark requirements for admission to the various programs.
