The Graduate Management Associate Council began the NMAT Registration Process on August 1, 2024 on its official website. Candidates can register for the NMAT exam online and the NMAT registration last date is October 10. However, the exam scheduling window will be open till October 12, 2024. To complete the process, candidates will be required to pay an NMAT form fees of INR 3000 through online banking options or debit/credit cards. Eligibility Criteria for NMAT Registration
Candidates willing to register for the NMAT Exam must ensure that they fulfill the NMAT eligibility criteria. NMAT 2024 Registration Process
GMAC facilitates the NMAT by GMAC registration process online through their website. candidates need to pick an exam date after filling out the NMAT application form. candidates can easily navigate through the NMAT application process by following the steps listed below and explained in detail.
Step 1: NMAT Registration
The first step in the NMAT application procedure is to register for the exam. To register for the NMAT exam, candidates need to follow the below steps.
Step 1.1: Visit the official website of NMAT - mba.com
Step 1.2: On the homepage, click on the 'Register for NMAT by GMAC' button
Step 1.3: In the next step, fill in all the details as shown below, and click on the 'Create Account' option available at the end
Step 1.4: An email with the NMAT login details/credentials will be shared on the registered email ID
Step 2: Filling Out the NMAT Form
Once the registration is done, the next step is to fill in the NMAT Application Form. To fill in the NMAT Application Form, candidates will need to enter the login credentials they received on their Email ID. Follow the below instructions to fill the NMAT form.
Step 2.1: Visit the website and click on "Already Registered? Login' option on the homepage
Step 2.2: Enter the login credentials - email ID and password and hit the 'Login' button at the end
Step 2.3: Once logged in, click on the 'NMAT by GMAC Dashboard' button in the top right corner as shown
Step 2.4: Enter the personal details as a next step and upload a passport-sized photograph as per the specifications set by the exam authorities. Once done, click on the 'Next' option at the bottom right
Step 2.5: In the next page, fill in the contact details and click on the 'Next' option as shown below
Step 2.6: Fill in the education and work experience details in the next page and click on the 'Next' option
Step 2.7: As next steps, add the school preferences and other MBA details
Step 2.8: Finally, review the NMAT application form and pay the NMAT application fees.

NMAT Registration 2024 - Image Uploading Guidelines
While filling out the application form, candidates need to upload a photograph. In case the photograph is not uploaded as per specifications then the NMAT application may be rejected.
Age of photograph: Candidates must upload a recent photograph, not more than 6 months old.
Photo format: JPG, PNG, JPEG.
Photo orientation: Candidates must upload the photo in a portrait format.
Background colour: The uploaded photo should have white or light coloured background.
Additional guidelines for photo upload
- Eyes of the applicant must be open and clearly visible
- Uploaded photo must be front facing with face distinctly visible at the centre
- Shoulder tops should be also clear on the photo
- Photos not having the above-mentioned specifications or size will get rejected
- Candidates must not upload a photo where the test administration staff cannot sufficiently authenticate the identity
- Photos with a dark color background will get rejected

How to Reschedule the NMAT Exam?
Candidates appearing for the NMAT can reschedule their exam within less than 72 hours from the originally scheduled date and time. Below are the steps to follow to register for NMAT 2024 reschedule:
- Use your login credentials to access your NMAT account
- Locate and click on the "Schedule Exam" button
- Choose a new date and time for your test
- Select your preferred exam location
- Proceed to complete the rescheduling process by making the payment of the rescheduling fee. Please note that only Credit Card payment is accepted for this purpose
- Click on the 'process' button to finalize the rescheduling
- When filling out the NMAT application form for 2024, candidates will also have the opportunity to select their desired NMAT exam centers
Completing the Retake Registration of NMAT Exam
- After their initial attempt, candidates have the option to apply for up to two retake attempts for NMAT 2024. Here are the steps to follow for NMAT retake registration
- Access the dashboard using the credentials created during NMAT 2024 registration
- Look for the 'retake section' and select it
- Choose a new date and time for the retake
- Complete the NMAT retake registration by making the necessary fee payment

NMAT Registration for test takers with Disabilities
Candidates who have disabilities can request accommodation and a scribe facility for the NMAT exam day. To do so, they are required to upload a scanned copy of their Disability Certificate. The NMAT by GMAC helpdesk will then verify their application and update the status regarding accommodation and other requested facilities. These may include:
- Extra time for the NMAT exam, beyond the standard 120 minutes.
- Scribe or reader assistance on the exam day.
- Larger fonts in the testing system.
- Mobility assistance, such as a wheelchair facility and helper staff.
Once the status of the accommodation request is verified and updated, the e-payment window will be activated for the payment of NMAT registration fees. Pearson VUE, the testing administrator, will contact the candidates to provide accommodation at the designated test center location and arrange for any required equipment or support for disabled candidates.
