The GUJCET 2025 exam is set to be conducted on 23rd March 2025, as an offline Pen and Paper-Based-Test. Candidates can check the complete GUJCET exam schedule as released in the official notification.
As per the notice, the GUJCET application form has been released on 17th December 2024, and the last date to fill the application form was 15th January (extended) The candidates can no longer fill out the application form. The GUJCET form correction facility will soon be made available to the candidates on the official website - gujcet.gseb.org.

GUJCET Application Form Date
The GUJCET Application Form has been released on the official website of GUJCET on 17th December 2024. The candidates aspiring to appear for this engineering/pharmacy exam need to register themselves by creating an account on the official website. The application form is filled online and the candidates will be required to fill in their personal details, contact details, academic details, and contact details.
The candidates are also required to upload certain documents like the marksheet and certificates along with the scanned copy of a photograph and signature. The last date to fill out the GUJCET application form is 15th January 2025.
GUJCET Admit Card Release Date
The GUJCET admit card is an important document to be carried to the exam hall. The admit card for GUJCET contains details like the candidate's name, their address, exam centre and timings, and the registration/application number as well. Only those who fill out the application form will be eligible to receive the GUJCET 2025 admit card and will be allowed to sit for the exam.
The admit card can only be downloaded online, and no hard copies of the admit card will be shared or sent to the candidates physically or via email. The GUJCET admit card is scheduled to release in March 2025. Candidates can expect the admit card to release 3-5 days before the exam.
GUJCET Exam Date
The GUJCET 2025 Exam Date has been set for 23rd March 2025. The exam will be held in an offline paper based mode across 34 cities in the state of Gujarat. The GUJCET question paper consists of 120 multiple choice questions, and each section in the exam has 40 questions. The paper has 4 sections - Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (for pharmacy students)
GUJCET 2025 Answer Key Date
The GSEB will release the GUJCET 2025 Answer Key a few days after the exam. The GSEB will first release the provisional GUJCET answer key 2025which will also be available for challenge by the candidates. GUJCET 2025 answer key PDF will be available online on the official website. Candidates will be allowed to challenge the GUJCET 2025 answer key for 3-4 days after which the final answer key will be released. Candidates can calculate their marks and rank by matching their responses with the GUJCET answer key.
GUJCET 2025 Result Date
The GSEB will announce the GUJCET result 2025 in April. The scorecard will be available online on the official website gujcet.org. Candidates can check GUJCET 2025 result by logging in to the official website gseb.org. GUJCET 2025 Counselling Date
The Admission Committee for Professional Courses will conduct the GUJCET counselling 2025 in June and July. The exact schedule for the counselling will be announced after the release of GUJCET results. To participate in counselling, candidates must register online from the ACPC website - gujacpc.nic.in. The allotment of seats will be based on the marks in the GUJCET 2025 exam. The ACPC will conduct the GUJCET 2025 counselling in two rounds.
