The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has started the GUJCET 2025 Registration on their official website - gujcet.gseb.org. on 17th December 2024. The candidates interested to apply for the GUJCET exam must visit the official website of the exam to apply. The GUJCET application consists of a few simple steps including registration, paying the application fees, filling the application form, and uploading the relevant documents as per the specified format. Candidates must pay a fee of INR 350 to fill out the GUJCET application form. The last date to apply for the GUJCET exam has been set for 31st December 2024.

Step 1: Registration

As a first step to fill the GUJCET application, the candidates need to register for the exam. To register for the GUJCET exam candidates should follow the step-by-step procedure explained below.

• Visit the official website of GUJCET - gujcet.gseb.org
• On the homepage, click on the "Click Here for New User Registration" option in the right corner
• You will be redirected to the registration page. Enter the following details there:

1. Surname
2. Student Name
3. Guardian Name
4. Gender
5. Mobile Number
6. Email ID
7. Create Password
8. Captcha

• Click on the "Register" option in the end to complete the registration
• An OTP will be sent post registration which you must enter in the prompt box to confirm your registration.

Step 2: Login and GUJCET Application Fees Payment

Once the candidates have successfully registered, they need to pay the GUJCET application fees. To pay the application fees candidates should login again to the website of GUJCET. Follow the below steps to proceed with the payment options.

• Visit the official website
• Login using the credentials that you created in the first step - registration
• The fee can be paid online using a credit/debit card or internet banking or through any branch of SBI. The amount of application fees is similar for all categories applying for GUJCET 2025. 
• Students will be automatically redirected to the payment page after registration
• Click on the “Fee Payment” link
• Choose a payment method - credit card/debit card/net banking through the SBI E-Pay gateway

The application fee payment, once successful, will lead to the next page of filling the application form. Candidates need to save the payment details so as to avoid any payment-related issues with the GUJCET 2025 application form.

Step 3: Filling out the GUJCET Application Form

Once you have successfully made the payment for the GUJCET exam, you can proceed with filling out the GUJCET application form. To fill out the GUJCET application form, candidates must fill in the following information.

• Family annual income
• PWD details (if applicable)
• Address details
• A valid email ID
• A valid mobile number

Step 4: GUJCET 2025 Photo and Signature Upload

Candidates need to upload scanned images of their passport-size coloured photographs and signatures after filling out the application form. The scanned images have to be exactly as per the specifications mentioned here. Check the image size, dimension, and format in the table below.

Things to keep in mind while Uploading the Documents

The applicant has to upload a Photo & signature while applying. Scanned documents of both is required and it should only be in .jpg/.jpeg format. While scanning signature or photo, Image resolution should be 300 DPI (Dots per Inch) or above.

• The size of attachments is allowed between 5KB and 50KB. Approx. dimensions: 120px X 120px. Please note that attachments should be visible.
• Photograph must be taken in a White or a very light background
• Face should occupy about 50% of the area in the photograph, and with a full face view looking into the camera directly. The main features of the face must not be covered by hair of the head, any cloth or any shadow. Forehead, both eyes, nose, cheeks, lip, and chin should be clearly visible.
• Please do not upload Mobile phone photographs of Candidate.
• Candidate must not wear spectacles with dark or tinted glasses, only clear glasses are permitted.
• Please put Candidate's signature with a black or dark blue ink on a white paper.
• Please do not upload Mobile phone photographs of signature.
• Photo, Signature or any other required attachment(s) must be adequately visible else can be rejected.

Step 5: GUJCET Application Form Submission

The application form of GUJCET 2025 will be automatically submitted after the successful uploading of images. Candidates have to download the filled application form and take its printout. The print copy of the filled GUJCET application form 2025 needs to be kept safe till the completion of the admission process as it will be required at the time of the counselling process along with other necessary documents.

GUJCET 2025 Application Form Correction

The facility to make corrections in the filled form will be provided after the GUJCET 2025 application form's last date. GUJCET 2025 application correction facility will be available online. During the application correction window, all registered applicants who wish to make any changes to their completed application form may do so. The form for changes will be available on the website and must be submitted by mail or in person at the GUJCET Cell in Gandhinagar on or before the deadline for corrections.
