BITSAT 2025 Registration

The BITSAT 2024 registration process has begun  for Sessions I and II on bitsadmission.com. Candidates must first register for the BITSAT 2024 examination and admission process. The deadline for submitting the BITSAT 2024 application form is April 11, 2024. When filling out the BITSAT application form 2024, candidates must register, provide the required information, upload the documents, and pay the fee. 

• The BITSAT 2024 application form is only available online.
• Candidates who have completed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics may apply for the BITS Pilani admission test.
• The application process includes registration, filling out forms, uploading documents, and paying the BITSAT registration fee. 
• No applications will be accepted after the BITSAT 2024 registration deadline.

Step1: Registration

• Visit the official website of BITSAT i.e. bitsadmission.com.
• Click on “New Registration” link.
• Candidates must ensure that they read all the important instructions before proceeding to fill the application form.

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

The application form of BITSAT 2024 consists of various fields wherein candidates must enter their personal and academic details along with their choice of preferred program and total marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination.

• Personal Details – Candidates must enter their personal details correctly as any detail found incorrect at the time of examination or admission would lead to cancelation of candidature. The academic details filled by candidates would be verified at the time of admission. Personal details that candidates must fill are:
  • Father's Name
  • Mother's Name
  • Nationality
  • Address of Communication
  • City
  • Pin Code
  • State
  • Landline Number
  • Mobile Number
• Qualifying Examination Details – Qualifying examination details consist of details such as School name student is currently studying or studied from, Board of examination, passing/appearing year, selection between subjects Mathematics and Biology.
  • Candidates choosing Biology would only be allowed to appear for B. Pharm.
  • After the details are filled correctly, candidates must click on “Submit” tab to complete the process.

Step 3: Uploading of Scanned Images

The next step to filling the application form is uploading of scanned images of candidates' passport sized photograph and signature. Candidates must log in by entering the email id and password.

Following is the stepwise procedure they should follow to upload the signature and photograph:

• Enter the email id and password to log in.
• Click on “choose file” tab and upload the required documents.
• Choose the required images of signature and photograph to upload them.
• Click on “Next” tab and carefully check the previews of images appeared on the screen.
• Click on “Upload” tab to upload the chosen images.

Image Specification:

Besides passport sized photograph and signature, candidates must also upload the following documents to complete the application procedure:

• An attested copy of 10^th/12^th class passing certificate issued by the respective board.
• An attested copy of qualifying examination marksheets.

Step 4: Payment of Application Fee

Candidates can process the payment of application fee via two modes i.e. online and offline. The application fee varies for male, female, and NRI candidates. Following is the bifurcation of application fee for male, female, and NRI candidates:

Online Mode

Candidates can process the payment of application fee of BITSAT 2024 in online mode by below mentioned four gateways:

• Payment using PayUMoney Gateway: Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking/ UPI
• Payment using Pay TM Gateway: Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking/ UPI

Candidates can select any of the above mentioned options as per their convenience. They would also be advised to go through the application fee charges before proceeding to make the payment of application fee.

International candidates filling the application form can process the payment through international credit/debit card using the very same online payment gateway.

Required Documents for BITSAT Application Procedure

Before filling the application form, candidates must possess the below mentioned documents as these documents must be uploaded by candidates at the time of registration:

• Scanned image of candidate's passport sized photograph
• Scanned image of candidate's signature
• An attested copy of 10^th/12^th class passing certificate issued by the respective board.
• An attested copy of qualifying examination marksheets.

BITSAT 2024 Registration for International Applicants

There will be no separate procedure for BITSAT Registration for international applicants. They can apply under the international students' admission scheme. It is mandatory for them to possess a valid SAT score and passport in order to be eligible for BITSAT Registration.

How to Check Status of BITSAT 2024 Registration?

After having registered successfully for BITSAT Exam 2024, candidates will receive an email on their registered email id and a message on their mobile number about the successful registration. Another option for students to check if they have successfully registered for the exam is to log in into the candidates' portal available on the official website of BITSAT. Candidates must use their login id and password to check the status of their registration.

How to Check BITSAT Exam 2024 Registration Number?

It is very possible for a student to forget his/her registration number or misplace it. Below mentioned are the steps to recover BITSAT registration number:

• Visit the official website of BITS.
• Click on the ink “Forgot Application Number”.
• Enter registered email id, phone number, gender, and date of birth.
• Click on ‘Proceed'.
• BITSAT Exam 2024 Registration number will be sent on student's number.

Admission to BITS

Besides applying for BITSAT Exam and appearing in it, students will also be required to apply separately for admission to BITS campuses by submitting their details such as 12^th class mark sheet and preferences of different programs offered at the institutes.
