The BITSAT 2025 exam dates are yet to be announced by the BITS Pilani authorities. To appear for the BITSAT examination and admission process the candidates must fill out the BITSAT Application Form through the BITSAT official website – bitsadmission.com. No BITSAT applications will be entertained by the authorities after the BITSAT application form's last date.
The BITSAT 2025 exam will be conducted as a computer-based test. However, those appearing for the BITSAT exam must ensure that they fulfill the BITSAT eligibility criteria before filling out the BITSAT 2025 Application Form. All candidates must qualify BITSAT 2025 to be eligible for admission into the BE courses the participating campuses offer. The BITSAT 2025 slot booking facility will be open separately for the different exam sessions.
The moderated scores and ranks obtained in the entrance exam will be announced through the BITSAT 2025 result/scorecard. - BITSAT is a computer-based test with 130 questions of multiple-choice type.

Candidates interested in taking BITSAT 2025 can register themselves by visiting the official website of BITS i.e. bitsadmission.com and fill the application form there. They must process the payment of the application fee while filling out the form. Without making the payment of the application fee, the registered procedure would not be considered complete.

Fill Out the Application Form
Candidates must follow a simple set of instructions mentioned on the official website while filling out the application form. Following is the step-by-step guide to completing the BITSAT Registration.
- On the official website, click on the registration tab to register for BITSAT 2025
- Fill out the application form available on the directed link.
- Candidates must enter their personal and qualification details correctly. Any incorrect details filled in by them will lead to the cancelation of their candidature.
- After the form is filled, candidates will receive a unique application number on their registered email id and mobile number.
Uploading Scanned Images
The next step to filling out the application form is uploading scanned images of candidates' passport-sized photographs and signatures.
- Candidates must ensure that the size of uploaded images should not exceed the given dimensions.
- Image size for photographs should be between 4kb and 50 kb and for signature it should be 1kb to 30 kb.
Payment of BITSAT Exam Fee
Candidates must process the payment of the application fee while filling out the application form. The payment can be made through online modes of payment such as debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. For offline payment mode, candidates must acquire a bank challan for making the payment. BITSAT Eligibility 2025
Candidates appearing for the exam must ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria defined by the institute. The basic criterion to apply for the exam is to secure at least 60% marks in aggregate in each of the subjects of class 12th. Though the eligibility criteria vary according to the courses offered by the institute, below are the eligibility criteria for courses offered at BITS:

Admission to Undergraduate Program except for B. Pharm (Hons.)
- Candidates seeking admission to any of the undergraduate programs except B. Pharm (Hons.) must have passed 12th class from a recognized board be it central or state, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. They must also possess adequate proficiency in English subjects.
- Candidates must also secure at least 75% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. They must also score at least 60% marks in each of the subjects mentioned above.
Admission to B. Pharm (Hons.)
- Candidates must have passed the 12th class exam from a recognized board with subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. They must also possess adequate proficiency in English subjects. Besides, candidates with both the subjects i.e. Mathematics and Biology in class 12th can also apply for the pharmacy program at the BITS campus.
- Candidates seeking admission must have obtained at least 75% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with at least 60% marks in each of the subjects mentioned above.
Additional Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed class 12th in 2021 or are appearing in 2025 will be considered eligible to apply for BITSAT 2025.
- If any candidates have appeared in the 12th class more than one time, then only the last performance will be considered.
- Students currently studying at any of the BITS Campuses will not be allowed to appear in BITSAT 2025 Exam.
BITSAT 2025 Admit Card
BITS Pilani releases BITSAT Admit Card on its official website. BITSAT Admit Card 2025 is expected to be released on May 15, 2025 for Phase 1. In case, students find any discrepancy in their download admit card, they must immediately report it to the examination conducting authority before the commencement of the BITSAT Exam. The officials will generate a new admit card with the correct information on it as per provided by the candidates.
Steps to Download the BITSAT Admit Card
- Go to the official website, bitsadmission.com, and tap on the "Download BITSAT 2025 Hall Ticket" button.
- To log in, enter your Date of Birth, Application Number, Gender, and Email Address.

BITSAT Slot Booking
When the BITS has released the confirmed list of test/exam centers, candidates should start reserving the time and date for their BITSAT Exam 2025 which suits them the most. After confirming their slots, the candidates have to appear at the exam center on the date and time of their liking. BITSAT 2025 will take place in two slots, each day.
- The first BITSAT Exam 2025 slot is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

BITSAT Section-Wise Division of Questions
The question paper of BITSAT consists of 130 questions distributed among four sections which are to be completed in 3 hours i.e. 180 minutes. Apart from the 130 questions, the BITSAT Exam 2025 paper pattern will include extra 12 questions. Candidates who have passed the original test will be offered 12 more questions. Candidates should keep in mind that these additional questions must be completed within the three hours that are allotted to them.

BITSAT is a computer-based online test that will be administered from the 21st to the 26th of May 2025 for the first session and from the 18th to the 22nd of June 2025 for the second session. BITSAT Counselling 2025
BITS Pilani conducts BITSAT Counselling in various steps and it released the admission and the waiting list after every single round. It is very normal to expect at least 6 rounds of counselling that the institute campuses conduct for admission. The BITSAT Counselling process usually starts in July every year.
Students who have obtained the first rank in their respective state or central board examinations are entitled to direct admissions. In such a case, their BITSAT Exam Score will not be considered for admission.The institute follows a no-reservation policy in BITSAT Exam.

BITSAT 2025 Merit List
Based on the scores obtained in BITSAT 2025, BITS Pilani will prepare the merit list of all the registered eligible candidates. Separate BITSAT merit lists are prepared for engineering and B. Pharm courses. Admission will be granted purely on a merit basis. The merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates in BITSAT Exam. However, their eligibility for admission to their desired program is subject to meeting the requirement of minimum marks obtained by them in class 12th board exams as mentioned above.

In case 2 or more students have the same rank, the below mentioned criteria (in order of priority) will be used to break the tie:
- Higher marks in Mathematics (Biology for B. Pharm)
- Higher marks in Physics
