JNTU Kakinada is the exam conducting authority who releases the AP EAMCET 2024 exam pattern to help students know and understand the Exam Pattern. The AP EAMCET exam pattern will help the candidates to understand the mode of the exam, languages in which the test can be taken, the subjects on which questions will be set and the marking scheme.
According to the exam pattern 2024, candidates will have the chance to attempt the test in two languages – English and Telugu. Additionally, another important feature of the exam is Mathematics will carry an extreme weight of the three subjects, while Physics and Chemistry each contribute 40 questions, Mathematics alone contributes 80 questions. The AP EAMCET application form is now accessible on the official wesbite. AP EAMCET is an online exam which will be conducted from 16th to 23rd May 2024 for admission to around 1,54,000 UG engineering courses at 17 government and 305 private universities in Andhra Pradesh.

Essential Instructions for AP EAMCET 2024 Entrance Exam
- Before showing up in the exam, candidates will have access to a mock test on the official website that would be useful in giving them an interface similar to that of the entrance examination.
- Questions are MCQ based. Each question will carry four answer options, out of which just a single option will be the right choice.
- Candidates are encouraged to reach the exam hall at least 2 hours before the beginning of the exam so that there is adequate time to complete the required formalities.
- A candidate will be furnished with a rough sheet where they need to do all computations and calculating work. After completion of the test, the rough sheet ought to be given over to the exam invigilator.
- Additionally, amidst the exam, the invigilator will check the AP EAMCET Admit Card to verify the identity of the applicant. Without an admit card, the candidate would not be allowed to take an examination.
- The candidate would likewise also be required to sign and give their left-hand thumb impression on the Attendance sheet at the exam centre.
- Candidates can choose the section which they want to attempt first.
- During the exam, canddiates can click on 'clear response' if they wish to change the answer.
- Any technical glitch during the examination must immediately be reported to the invigilator present in the exam hall.

AP EAMCET Exam Pattern - Engineering
There are a total of 160 questions and each question carries 1 mark. The questions are based on the following subjects- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The Mathematics section consists of 80 questions while the Physics and the Chemistry section consists of 40 questions each.

AP EAMCET Exam Pattern - Agriculture and Pharmacy
There are a total of 160 questions and each question carries 1 mark. The questions are based on the following subjects- Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The Biology section consists of 80 questions and is divided in 2 further sections - Botany & Zoology (40 marks each), and the Physics and the Chemistry section consists of 40 questions each.
