Vimala College admits students to UG, PG, Integrated, and Ph.D. programs in Arts, Science, Paramedical, Commerce and Banking, Management, Information Technology, Performing Arts, Pharmacy, Design, Hotel Management, Media and mass Communication, and Vocational. Admission to all courses except MSW and Ph.D. is based on merit, while admission to MSW and Ph.D. is based on the results of an entrance/interview/Group Discussion. Vimala College in Thrissur provides undergraduate courses in the arts, sciences, home science, and commerce. B.A. in English/ Malayalam/ Functional English/ Economics/ Sociology, B.Sc. in Botany/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Family & Community Sc./ Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Zoology, B.Sc. A pass in the 10+2 or comparable test from a recognized board is the fundamental qualifying condition for admission to the UG programs. Only candidates with a 10+2 pass in the scientific stream are admitted to the B.Sc. program. To get admitted to the B.Com. Candidates must have studied at least one Commerce topic at the 10+2 level to be eligible for this program. Candidates are chosen based on their 10+2 performance, followed by a personal interview. Candidates seeking admission to UG programs must complete the application form online and submit a physical copy to the institute’s campus. The application fee is payable through credit/debit card or net banking. Those who desire to pay the application fee by DD should submit it together with a physical copy of the whole application form.  

Vimala College Postgraduate Admission 2023

Vimala College, Thrissur, provides post-graduate degree programs in the arts, sciences, social welfare, home science, and commerce. M.A. in English/ Malayalam/ Economics/ Sociology, M.S.W., M.Sc. in Botany/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Zoology/ Mathematics/ Nutrition & Dietetics, M.Sc. Home Science with a concentration in Textile and Costume Science, and M.Com. in Finance are now available. A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or associated subject is the fundamental qualifying condition for entrance to the PG programs. Candidates are chosen on the basis of their academic performance and an interview. M.S.W. applicants are chosen based on their admission exam scores, which are then followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview session. Prospective candidates should go to the institute’s official website and fill out the application form online. After submitting the application online, a hard copy of the completed application form must be mailed to the institute’s campus. The application cost can be paid online by bank cards or net banking, or by demand draft.

Candidates can apply online at http://vimalacollege.edu.in , or they can obtain an application form directly from the university. 

• They must enter all of their identity and education information. 
• Online applications should be submitted online, and offline applications with relevant papers should be submitted after remitting application costs in either online or offline mode, whichever is more convenient. 
• Based on the information provided in the form, a merit list will be created based on the results of entry or qualifying tests.
• If an interview is required, the candidate must pass it in order to be admitted.
