Students who are seeking admission in 3 year Fashion Design - UG Bachelor of Fashion Design (B.F.D) program at the VIDM Institute of design & management should meet the following eligibility criteria.

Candidates seeking admission should have completed 12 years of education under any Indian Education Board. Students who have passed or who will appear for qualifying examinations under the Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalents like AISSCE/ IB/ ISC are eligible to apply for VEED (VIDM Entrance Examination for Designing) Test.

To take admission in Bachelor of Fashion Design (B.F.D) at VIDM Institute of design & management, candidates must possess a valid score in Not Mentioned or any other state-level examination.

1) VEED (VIDM Entrance Examination for Designing): 50% weightage VEED will be an online time-out test (45 minutes - 45 multiple choice questions) in which, the candidate shall be assessed on the following criteria: English Language Proficiency Quantitative Ability Analytical Ability General Awareness Managerial Ability 2) CAT (Creative Ability Test) : 25% Weightage The CAT will be for 1 Hour in which the candidate will be assessed on the following criteria: Conceptualization Creative sensibilities Aesthetics Overall Presentation 3) PI (Personal Interview): 25% Weightage The personal interview will be assessed on the following parameters: Communication Skills Alertness and Analytical Skills General Awareness Personality/Attitude A student can skip the VEED if he/she has: Appeared for either NEED/NIFT (GAT+CAT)/PEARL(entrance)/SAT /CET GMAT/CAT/MAT. In case the students have not appeared for any of the above entrances For UG programme 10+2 with minimum 60 % in CBSE or ISC exam is considered. For PG programme the Students will be required to submit their graduation marks for consideration.

VIDM Institute of design & management fees for various courses should be paid by students at the time of counseling to confirm their admission:

• The payment of fees should be made either in cash or a Demand Draft issued in favor of VIDM Institute of design & management.
• Candidates need to issue a draft in favor of the university to pay the course fee.
